    My normal repair shop was booked up for several days. I called Thursday and dropped my car off that night after hours. Got a call with diagnosis Friday morning and the brake replacement was done by lunch. Price was fair, basically what I expected. Service was great. Will use again.

    We had some issues that needed to be worked out. They call their service express service but it takes 3 hours to get express service done. I was not very happy with them. I told them there are times I consider not taking my car there because it just takes them too long to get anything done. I had a discussion with their service manager. They ended up giving me a free oil change in the future. I let them know that it basically takes entirely too long for express service. I don't have time to sit there all day to get an oil change. They did take care of my complaint but we will see if there is any improvement made going forward.

    They're always great and you know I never feel like because I have an older car that I'm getting less service. They give me good advice and you know especially on an older car they know these cars so well that they don't try an up sell me.

    I had this car from new, purchased it on line from El Cajon Ford in San Diego and drove home. For the first decade I had all regular maintenance done at Airport Ford in Florence Kentucky, and they seemed adequate , however I received a recall on the Takata Airbag over 3 years ago, told Airport Ford and thought they were on it. After no response from them or Ford about it I asked again and was told I had to wait. I then contacted Fuller Ford where we had purchased our 2013 C-Max and were pleased with there service on that vehicle. The Gentleman at Fuller Ford was EXCELLENT! He not only took down our info, looked up the recall and when it was available to have the valve replaced(it had been out for a while, just not put on List by Airport Ford!!), and ordered the part. He told me it would be July when the part was in, and that he would contact me... And DID! and the service was FREE!!! I now have the part installed and feel much better about driving my family in that Wonderful Mustang, Thank You Fuller Ford! They have consistently provided superb service on our 2013 C-max we purchased there, but now take great care of our sweet 2006 Mustang! We are now sending friends and family to see them about new cars, and for service of their other Ford vehicles as well as All Vehicles. And we are looking forward to replacing our 1995 Dodge Van for a new Ford truck in about 3 more years, saving up now!

    I don't really know where to start.  We bought our vehicle from Drivetime almost 3 years ago and it has been in the shop about 6 months of that time.  It is a certifed LEMON.  There have been many stressful days and many tears shed over the abuse that we have received from Drivetime and from Aeverex our warranty company.  However,  Ron and his staff have been the shining light through all of it.  He has taken the time to help us fight through our situation one battle at a time.  We have had to replace the transmission, the electrical system, brakes and many other major components of the vehicle.  We suffered through 2 years of having our batteries run dead for no apparent reason and numerous days we could not drive our car because no other mechanic could figure out what was wrong with it.  Ron spent quality time taking apart and retaking apart each piece of the electrical system to find out what was wrong with the vehicle. When he finally figured it out and it came time to fix the vehicle Drivetime and Aeverex did not want to pay for any of it.  Ron kept our vehicle safe and secure during this 3 month ordeal and made sure that he documented everything.  Needless to say Drivetime ended up paying for over $3000 worth of repairs for free because of the fact that we have had so many issues with this van.  Ron made sure that every "I" was dotted and every "T" was crossed.  He tested pir van numerous times before he would allow us to pick it up.  His staff also cleaned our vehicle which is a step above any mechanic I have ever seen.  He is currently working with us on another mess with Drivetime with a bill well over $1000 and has bent over backwards to help us get this fixed.   I will never trust another mechanic as I do Ron and will recommend him to anyone.  He has been a blessing throughout our ordeal and my husband and I will be forever grateful for all that he and his staff have done for us.  After what we have been through it is hard to trust anyone but I can honestly say there are still good people in this world.

    Burtons really did a great job. They assessed the damage, connected with my insurance company and made sure all details were managed efficiently. The end result; my car was repaired beautifully and I was very happy with the results. Great communication and great end result. I would definitely recommend Burtons for top notch auto body repair and professional service.

    We had another recall, but we Did by a First Generation Vehicle and purchased the extended warranty just in case, so far All have been handled quickly and done when in for regular maintenance, and at no cost. We have not taken it in for the most recent one as it is minor and can wait for the next regular oil change(Free btw with the  Ford C-Max purchase!). They took great care of the last service, and Always treat us as Great Customers.. Certainly one of my best Dealer Experiences when purchasing and maintaining an Automobile.

    I haven’t used him for a while but he does excellent work and he is a good guy. He is very professional because of the job he has done to a couple of my cars. I’ve only dealt with him personally but it was very professional. The price was very competitive. He is the guy.

    Well i was a little unsure because of the price put it went great, the installer was very nice and explained the process to me as we watched him replace our windshield.  And i save about $100 from other quotes.

    Price was by far the most affordable - so much so I worried about the quality.  Angie's list and people I knew recommended them though so I went for it.  I am so glad I did.  It was done quickly, on schedule on budget and I can't even tell it was ever there.  Plus, the customer service was great and they left my car sparkly clean inside and out.
