    They were very helpful. Our monthly fee is $57. We've had some issues here. It seems like it doesn't always keep the speed it's supposed to keep. But, all in all, it has been very reliable. I've never really called them for anything else in the last five years.

    I've been cutting my own hair for 18 years.  With five kids and a job that pays enough I should have starting paying for hair cuts five  years ago, I finally decided it wasn't worth the hassle and mess in my own bathroom any more.
    I went in and waited for 1.5 men in front of me -- roughly 15 minutes.  She asked what I wanted, I told her, and she did it.  10 minutes maybe?  She was polite and conversational, but not chatty.  When I stopped talking, she stopped talking, and that's how I like it.  She seemed at ease with some of the men who came in while I was there, who have obviously been long-time customers.
    The shop is tiny--two barber stools about six waiting chairs, and a small bathroom--but it is sufficient.  It's 86º and humid outside, but the a/c was keeping the shop very cool.  Old signs and decor give a little taste of the history behind the place opened by her father more than 4 decades ago.  He has now passed on, but she continues the tradition of which she has been a part at that same shop for 18 years.

    Called the store to get pricing on a new chest freezer that was made in America.  The sales rep, Becky, gave me a price and informed me that they do not carry the item in the store but they could order and have it delivered for a $69.99 fee.  I called Home Depot and they had the exact same freezer and gave a military discount, as me and my husband are both military ,and free delivery to our home.  We called Best Buy back and asked if they would price match everything as per their advertisement of price matching.  The sales rep, Becky, told my husband that they will not match the delivery or the military discount which was fine. When my husband gave his opinion about your company's policy, which is just like the Bankrupt Circiut City she hung up on him with no comments, apoligies or thank you for your comments were not given, just an abrupt hang up showing your company doesn't have time for  military veteran's filling up the street or any kind of promotion that attracts veteran's money. Considering the fact you are in major populas areas and can lose major revenue with bad publicity both private and commercial, it was the reason for my comment and not to disturb an inexperienced sales representative or a posing management member.
    We called back the store and spoke to a floor manager named Alicia, (would not give last name), when we told her of our complaint about the girl hanging up on us, the conversation went to how I yelled at her and how this store manager overheard the phone call.
    I, as a former store manager of CVS Pharmacy found that very disrespectful and downgrading.  Niether one of these people even bothered to say anything remotely nice to either of us.  And when I tried to speak with Alicia she continuously talked over me and would not let me even finish a sentence. This was after my husband handed off the phone and said you deal with them. I feel that we have no other recourse than to file a complaint on the store and we will also be putting this complaint on Angie's List so others may know how Best Buy employees are representing their company.  And if this is the way they deal with their customers they DO NOT need my hard earned money or that of our friends and family. Including very many former military members.
    We will not be shopping with you ever again until you go out of business and have to put every thing on clearance to resolve your debt with the FEDS.

    I spoke with the owner, Dave, yesterday. We discussed the work I needed done, and I gave him an approximate idea of the amount of junk I wanted hauled away. He gave me a ball park figure over the phone and said they would give me an exact figure when they arrived at the job. He said he could send a truck the next morning.
    The truck and the two workers arrived on time this morning as promised. After I showed them what needed to be hauled away, they quoted me a price that was a little better than the ball park figure I got over the phone. The two workers were fast and did a good job.
    I would definitely recommend One Man's Trash based upon this experience and will use them again if the need arises.

    Had my iPhone fixed in Evansville, IN. but it was too much of a hassle so i resorted to a Local Repair shop !
    I had broken the case (F n B) So I asked for a color change too !
    I Fully TRUST those Guys ( n Gals) n Will with all my High Tech Needs !
    I think I'll buy them lunch as a THANK YOU !

    Owensboro Municipal Utilities is the city garbage collection. I find them to be extremely good. They pick up on the day they are supposed to and there is no trash left. I have never had any problems. Trash collection is part of your utility bill and that is the service they provide.

    I have not had any problems with AT&T. When I lost my phone I went to the store and they pulled up my records. The records showed that the phone had not been used, so it probably hadn't been stolen.

    She is wonderful. She just takes the time to talk to me about what I want to do with my hair. I think she is considered an expert in coloring and things like that. We are regular with her. I spend about $60 for a cut, glaze and eyebrow waxing, while it is $25 for both my boys, and this includes the tip. My boys are young and very hyper, and she is so good with them. She keeps them entertained, and she cuts their hair quickly and professionally, and it always looks fantastic. It is the same for my hair too. I get more compliments for my hair than anybody. She just does a fantastic job. She is very good at listening. I have never had any problems with her.

    They are pricey. I don't like their prices, but they are about the only game. I do get pretty good service. I very seldom get interrupted and if I do get interrupted, it's only because there's a bad storm. They come out of Missouri and if there's a bad storm in Missouri then I may get knocked out for 10 to 30 minutes, but they have it back up as quickly as possible. I have a basic package plus one extra. I think the price is high but cable is unpredictable and it's probably higher than this. If I have a problem I can call them, but most of the time, they want me to go online. They do solve my problems if I have one. The quality is good, but I have to pay for the high definition which is almost mandatory. The picture is good. They are just outrageous, but I don't think they care.

    At first I was getting dropped calls, but that ceased and I haven't had a drop call for years now.  I think about the first year was my worst experience with them and then it just went away and everything got better.  They are reasonable and I just have the basic phone service.  I don't have the internet, text messaging or anything like that.  It was running like $55 a month and then I went with my son's program so it went way down.  It's better to share.  Their price was high when I had my own service.  I bought the minimum amount of minutes and then it was about $40 a month and I think it was still high.  I don't know about their responsiveness as I've never had to call them or deal with them.
