    Geek Squad - Best Buy
    Called the store to get pricing on a new chest freezer that was made in America.  The sales rep, Becky, gave me a price and informed me that they do not carry the item in the store but they could order and have it delivered for a $69.99 fee.  I called Home Depot and they had the exact same freezer and gave a military discount, as me and my husband are both military ,and free delivery to our home.  We called Best Buy back and asked if they would price match everything as per their advertisement of price matching.  The sales rep, Becky, told my husband that they will not match the delivery or the military discount which was fine. When my husband gave his opinion about your company's policy, which is just like the Bankrupt Circiut City she hung up on him with no comments, apoligies or thank you for your comments were not given, just an abrupt hang up showing your company doesn't have time for  military veteran's filling up the street or any kind of promotion that attracts veteran's money. Considering the fact you are in major populas areas and can lose major revenue with bad publicity both private and commercial, it was the reason for my comment and not to disturb an inexperienced sales representative or a posing management member.
    We called back the store and spoke to a floor manager named Alicia, (would not give last name), when we told her of our complaint about the girl hanging up on us, the conversation went to how I yelled at her and how this store manager overheard the phone call.
    I, as a former store manager of CVS Pharmacy found that very disrespectful and downgrading.  Niether one of these people even bothered to say anything remotely nice to either of us.  And when I tried to speak with Alicia she continuously talked over me and would not let me even finish a sentence. This was after my husband handed off the phone and said you deal with them. I feel that we have no other recourse than to file a complaint on the store and we will also be putting this complaint on Angie's List so others may know how Best Buy employees are representing their company.  And if this is the way they deal with their customers they DO NOT need my hard earned money or that of our friends and family. Including very many former military members.
    We will not be shopping with you ever again until you go out of business and have to put every thing on clearance to resolve your debt with the FEDS.

    When I got to the ER in severe pain the staff did get me to a room in a reasonable time frame. But once in the room, as a fellow nurse, the care that I received was inadequate and sloppy. The hospital has an extreme amount of security for a populous that is small. That made me nervous. When my husband and I complained of the service provided the staff called security instead of addressing my medical needs. In my professional opinion and also discussing this with my regular doctor the following Monday, the handling of my care was unacceptable. My regular doctor saw me on the following Monday and found that the ER, based on medical results was unacceptable (unbelievable). My doctor was able to review the tests that were done and was able to address my medical condition and needs.

    Had my iPhone fixed in Evansville, IN. but it was too much of a hassle so i resorted to a Local Repair shop !
    I had broken the case (F n B) So I asked for a color change too !
    I Fully TRUST those Guys ( n Gals) n Will with all my High Tech Needs !
    I think I'll buy them lunch as a THANK YOU !

    I have not had any problems with AT&T. When I lost my phone I went to the store and they pulled up my records. The records showed that the phone had not been used, so it probably hadn't been stolen.

    I went through pre-registration earlier in the week, which really was the longest part of the whole process next to my actual surgery as they were quite busy the day I went. You can make an appointment, which probably would have been better, but I chose to just take a walk-in slot. On this day they do all your insurance paperwork and do a small amount of bloodwork, if ordered, and the usual basics(weight, height, BP, etc...). On the day of my surgery I showed up, signed in and was taken back to my pre-op room fairly quickly, within 5 minutes of arrival. I was then directed and informed on all the processes that were going to happen. All our questions were answered and we were set for me to wait. When they came to get me for surgery my husband was given a number that was assigned to me that would appear on a board in the waiting room so he would know when they had an update on my surgery. I was wondering how they did it now with all the new HIPAA laws. I think this system is genius! I made a joke to one of the nurses that it's almost like he's watching for my flight number to come in. :) After my surgery, I was in recovery for a little longer than expected due to nausea but was able to leave the same day. Everyone was very helpful and made the process much easier for me. I was very nervous going into the surgery as I had not had any major procedures done before and was unsure of what to expect. The staff definitely made it much smoother for me.

    At first I was getting dropped calls, but that ceased and I haven't had a drop call for years now.  I think about the first year was my worst experience with them and then it just went away and everything got better.  They are reasonable and I just have the basic phone service.  I don't have the internet, text messaging or anything like that.  It was running like $55 a month and then I went with my son's program so it went way down.  It's better to share.  Their price was high when I had my own service.  I bought the minimum amount of minutes and then it was about $40 a month and I think it was still high.  I don't know about their responsiveness as I've never had to call them or deal with them.

    We started Tuesday evening with a large dose of Furosemide via IV injection. I was up most of the night urinating but by Wednesday morning had dropped 4.2 pounds of fluid. I continued with another Furosemide on Wednesday morning and another late Wednesday evening and as of this morning had lost a total of 12.2 pounds of fluid.
