Once I paid for my service he have had to call and email me several times to keep me on task anyone else would have waited till I called or complain to service me.     Awesome, They were fast and had patience with my change requests.  The site looks awesome and they walked me through how to update it myself.  Very easy platform to operate on.  They have very affordable programs instead of breaking your bank.  I didn't have to sell my car to afford their service.

    Time Warner provided very good high speed Internet service. Had to call customer service several times initially because it turns out the house we rented had never had cable installed before. So TW sent technicians out to install the cable. The customer support people were knowledgeable and wanted to make sure ai had a good customer experience. The technicians arrived when they were scheduled and performed the work well. Once the service was up and running our Internet was awesome! Unfortunately, we've now moved to an area that TW doesn't cover so we're back to dealing with terrible internet service. I miss my Time Warner high speed Internet!

    Everything went well. They were very friendly, I waited maybe 30 mins in the clean lobby, and were very nice. The MRI was as quick as an MRI can be and the nurse that injected the contrast was very proficient. The MRI is one of the best in the area but the price tag reflects that!

    That was a good experience.  All the staff, the doctors.  My doctor was Dr. Imin-Zimmerman, and she was excellent. When I walked in the first time the nurse that took my vitals said you are going to love Dr. Imin.  When the nurse say that it usually means something.  The nurses know.  I felt the receptionist, everyone there handled everything well.   I felt like my medical care was excellent, it was the whole atmosphere in the pre-op area, the out patient care that I would stretch to give them a "C."  The medical care was an "A."

    They were in a new computer system which nobody seemed to know how to work.  The process that was supposed to take between one hour to an hour an a half took four hours the first day and went back the next day and they lost it and had to re-do it the day of surgery.  After repeatedly checking my bracelet and the number and having me repeat full name and birthday, I got into the surgery and of course I was out, the doctor told my wife he almost didn't perform the surgery because they couldn't match the name.  It was first name middle name and they weren't exactly the same.  Your staff is basically disgruntled, your nursing staff, your hospital staff, you have a bad administration going on is the bottom line.  We call and call for a nurse and couldn't get them to come.  Needed pain medicine, they said we can't get it from the pharmacy.  Monitor went off and it took them almost forty minutes to get down and turn it off and each one of these cases my wife had to go to the station to get help.  Finally they decided we can hear you on your communication device but you can't hear us, so they didn't respond.  We had the person cell phone of the nurse and called her.  She said I can't come right now, she was on another floor starting an IV.  I don't know how you can have responsibility on two floors like that.  Just some really bad management going on.

    From the time I started discussing what I needed to the time it was finished, she took care of it and didn't even bother me with details, it was like she just knew exactly what needed to be done. Not only did she get my list of requests done quickly, but she did extra and with such a great attitude that I just couldn't have asked for more.

    Katie was wonderful. Absolutely punctual, sympathetic, and extremely accommodating. On several occasions I had abrupt changes in schedules due to emergencies at work, and Katie was able to get me to and from work at short notice. That was very helpful and very appreciated. Use of Concierge Girl Services made my transition from home recovery to work easy and worry free, given that the schedule was not fixed and varied day to day. 
    I will have my other knee replaced next year, and plan to use Concierge Girl Services again, especially since I may not get as much assistance from family next year.

    They are always great. I have several instruments and my wife teaches music. Willis Music have just being very responsive when it comes to their service. We have never had any issues and we've always had a good job for anything we bring in to get addressed.
