    I always have a good experience when dealing with Schneller! They are extremely professional and every person I've dealt with from Estimators to Installers are so polite. They are truly experts at what they do. When an installation or service is scheduled they are on time everytime. I also appreciate that they send a text/email with the name and picture of the person who will be arriving at your house. Their prices are reasonable and they offer financing options with 0% interest possible. I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

    Poston Brothers Heating & Cooling
    Poston Brothers went way above and beyond for me. The technicians were great installing an AC and furnace in my hot, dirty cellar. They remained upbeat and good natured even when it was 90+ degrees in my house. They were a pleasure to work with. I shopped around and found that they were competitively priced. My parents and sister have been using them for decades and have always had good things to say about them. Here's where Poston Brothers really went above and beyond. In the days between having the furnace installed and having it started up (they have separate techs do these things for safety purposes before having the state inspect the furnace/AC), I had Calloway Cleaning "clean" my ducts. The Poston Brothers tech who came to start up the furnace found that Calloway used only one hole to clean both the "out" vents and the "intake" vent, which meant they sucked dirt *through* the furnace (and the evaporator coil) instead of bypassing it, like they should have. There were inches of dirt, a rotten walnut, toys, and a ball of tin foil inside the brand new furnace. The Poston Brothers technician and the owner of Poston Brothers called the owner of Calloway for me, explaining what needed to be done to clean and fix the furnace and still keep my warranties in tact for this days-old furnace. Calloway admitted to the negligence, but refused to pay for Poston Brothers to do the work to replace and clean the parts that were effected. Mr. Calloway wanted to hire an outside company to do it cheaper, which would void my warranties - not to mention that I didn't want Calloway - who damaged my new furnace - to be choosing any vendor to do work at my house. Jay from Poston Brothers wanted my furnace fixed. He felt it was important to do it right and that it was right for me to have my warranties. He sent Calloway a very fair invoice with only cost and labor, no markup to fix the problem. Poston's owner accepted that I was going to have to bring Calloway to court (a long process), and he did the repairs and replacements anyway, without asking me to pay out of my pocket again. These are the sort of honorable people the Poston Brothers team is made of. I am extremely grateful to them. I highly recommend Poston Brothers. They will not let you down. I'm a loyal customer!

    They are always so nice! They take the time to do it right. They tell me their recommendation for my unit, and are not pushy about it. I really appreciate that !! I know what's coming up to do and can plan on having it done later on. They have always taken the time to answer all my questions. I like the warranty on work that is done too.     The technician, Don W was great. Knowledgeable, polite, I give him the highest marks.The timeliness of scheduling was also satisfactory. The cost of the service was much more expensive than I was anticipating, and I should have gotten other estimates. Based on the humidifier unit put in (not a high end digital unit, pretty basic), plus new copper pipe for getting water to the humidifier, I estimate the materials to be around $200. So the other $450 was labor and in addition there was the additional $89 diagnostic/service call fee. It would go a long was to make a sticker shocked customer happy to waive the $89 service call fee, when you are going to be charging an additional $600+.

    I called Tom a good detective. He patiently checked out all potential sources of sound, which was sounding like it was coming from the thermostat. He found the new carbon monoxide detector left by the last service person ( of which I had forgotten). It needed a new battery. He was very professional and helpful, checking replacement batteries for me.

    Very professional. The Apollo crew arrived promptly at 7am and Dustin the technician got to work and finished installing my new furnace by 2pm. He explained the workings of the furnace and explained the newly installed thermostat. The work was quality and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Apollo and will continue to use them in the future.

    They were prompt. They were helpful. There was a problem with it. It took them several trips to fix it, but they fixed it. It was fine. It turned out fine, all good. I would have to try them again to know whether that was a fluke. That air conditioner was only about 2 years old. I wouldn't think they would have trouble finding the parts. That's all. In the end, it was fine.

    The entire team that worked with us at Apollo was top notch. I called to get an estimate and Micah came out and spent more time discussing what would be done than any other HVAC salesperson. When he arrived, I handed him our house floorplans and he already had them. He was very prepared. Our team of Jon, Mike, and Dustin were very professional, courteous and efficient. Our 40 year old furnace was replaced and central air conditioning installed all in one day. They spent almost 12 hours to get the job finished including running additional ductwork to a room without a vent and updating electric to handle the additional HVAC . Micah explained all of the costs, so there were no surprises. He arrived with all of the permits the day of service, checked on the crew and returned later in the day to check their progress. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

    TOM RECHTIN HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
    After some initial confusion, it went well. I guess the office receptionist didn't communicate what the problem was properly, so the first guy came and said he did a routine service and everything was working great (I wasn't present). I had to ask them to come back and actually fix the problem. They got me in touch with the service manager who dispatched someone else really quickly (immediately) who did a good job analyzing and diagnosing the possible problem. This guy (Kevin) was really good - he offered a solution that was much more cost effective than replacing the whole evaporator coil and it worked to keep my system functioning. Overall I was satisfied with Rechtin and would hire them again.
