He clearly listened to what I wanted done, and made certain that it turned out properly. He even did some modification of the pet door, which I purchased on my own to ensure it fir and looked correct. His work displays both craftsmanship and attention to detail (and I am pretty particular). I would definitely hire Ron again, and can give him my highest recommendation!

  At a different house we had this same brand retractable screen almost 20 years ago and it held up very well.

  Windows Plus

  Our first contact with Windows Plus was at the Cincinnati Home & Garden Show, February 2013. We saw the same Provia product at several other vendor booths, but went with Windows Plus because the sales rep, Dennis Morris, spent an unhurried amount of time with us explaining the product and the background of his company. A couple of companies that we had previously used for replacement windows and replacement garage and passage doors hardly gave us the time of day, and left us with the impression that the project was too small for their consideration. Subsequently we visited the Windows Plus showroom and were again impressed by the courteous treatment and interest in getting our business.  The project involved not only installing the new Provia Signet line fiberglass door, but also reusing a perfectly good Provia storm door that weathered well for more than a decade, and we wanted solid oak molding framing the interior to match that on a window bay.
      We were offered several days for the installation, and fortunately chose one with perfect weather.  The installer arrived on schedule and set about his work efficiently and thoroughly. Overall, the installation took approximately 4 1/2 hours.
      We are pleased with the product and with our relationship with Windows Plus.

  Dadstasks Painting and Remodeling LLC

  Kelly in the office was very helpful at reviewing the work to be done and arranging for the correct person for the job.  Matt called on his way out so I would know exactly what time he would arrive.  He was on time and had everything he needed to complete the job, thanks to the advance communication.  Matt reviewed the work and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted.  As each project was completed he would have me review the work and would explain any issues that he had discovered during the work.  He was helpful in pointing out a couple small odd jobs that needed doing that we had missed and he quickly knocked them out.  The company is professional and does first rate work.  We only wish we had been better prepared as the work was completed much quicker than we thought, which is a change for us in almost 30 years of using contractors.  We have them coming back in a couple weeks and are already starting our next project wish lists.

  Sawdust Therapy

  I had a number of issues I wanted addressed but wasn't sure exactly what the correct solutions should be.  I had been looking at  a number of service providers  for doors, windows, decks and painting on Angie's List for several months and I noted that one company stood out in my opinion.  Sawdust Therapy had a  large number of excellent reviews and they appeared to be constantly busy from what I could see on Angie's list.  I contacted Sawdust via e-mail  the 1st of August, briefly outlining my needs as well as work for my neighbor lady who is like a daughter to my wife and I.   Greg's wife got back with me promptly and let me know that they were booked solid the balance of the year.  I replied that I could certainly understand how busy they were based on all their reviews from Angie's list.  My next request was to see if I could pay Greg a fee visiting my home and my neighbors, look over our projects and make some verbal recommendations.  I felt from the reviews that I would get a very candid honest opinion from Greg.  Greg made an appointment with me and I took extensive notes.  
  At the end of the time Greg spent with me I thanked him and was ready to write him a check for his excellent advice.  Greg did not accept any money from me but indicated he might have an upcoming job go on hold for a couple.  From their I sent Greg a spreadsheet with all the projects at my home and my neighbors.  Greg built a rough budget for both of us with a number of options available for us to work with.  Materials estimated, markups, labor ect were well outlined for all projects and potential options.
   Greg got started on the work with his team, Doug, Jerry, and Ron. These guys hit the ground running.  Organized, on time, with a work plan for the day coordinating resources and skills between both homes daily.  I was updated when needed on what was going to be done and given advice as needed that helped me and my neighbor get better than anticipated results.
  My neighbor added quite a few small interior projects that Greg and his team attended to.  These folks were very neat and cleanup was excellent.
  If you are a homeowner that needs help and direction Sawdust Therapy is a company you should definitely look into.  I never felt pressured and got good candid feedback on all my projects.  The process Greg uses to do the estimating really helped us develop a very realistic budget, make choices and decisions and were right on at the end of the project.
  In closing I could not have been more pleased with my experience and I got to know a really neat person.  Greg has some extensive interest in dogs and is a certified trainer.  I am a pet lover and Greg spent a couple of hours on his own time with me and my dog which have proved invaluable.

  Classy Craftsmen

  I contacted Classy Craftsmen per Angie's List.  I talked to Dave the owner and/or contact person.  I shared my need to have an outside accessable door to be evaluated for repair, allowing the door to be closed properly.  He sounded professional and friendly, but referred twice to this request as a small job.  (Small to him, a need for me).  He was to check with his crew and call me back.  I never got a return call.  I perform customer service daily in my profession and I feel if he did not wish to do this "small job" he should have called back and let me know he couldn't do this, allowing me to seek other help.
