    I was able to set up my appointment online which was very convenient for me, and I quickly received a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived I was presented with a cute little computer to fill out a little more information, and then I sat in the comfortable lounge area while they worked on Katie. They finished sooner than I expected them to, and I was then presented with a complete listing of everything else they checked which showed what was in great shape and what would need attention in the near future, and the list was thoroughly explained to me with prices for the work if I had them do it. Everyone was very sweet, and Katie was smiling when I drove her away from there.

    Have been here many times and on about half of the visits I discovered that my tires were grossly underinflated after they completed their inspection - even though they said the tire pressure was fine. When I complained to Parker Ford, I was told that this would never happen again and was given two free oil changes. The failure to check tire pressure happened on and off for several of my next visits. I was then told that I should consider buying new tires since they were pretty badly worn (they only had 15000 miles on them!). I was also told that my 3 year old battery should probably be replaced. On my last visit, their safety check list showed that my tire pressure was fine at 32 psi - the pressure was supposed to be 80 psi in the rear tires and 55 psi in the front!!! They had never even checked the pressure! I went back to management and was again offered two free oil changes. I told them I would never be back and I have not. Two weeks later I received an email saying I should come in for a needed brake service - even though their safety inspection said my brakes were fine! (Obviously there is a push on to sell more tires, batteries and brakes). Most people probably don't even bother to read the safety report that they are given. They blindly trust these people and are taken advantage of. Don't believe anything they tell you - I'm wondering if they even changed the oil!

    Ended up buying a dodge Ram 3500 with Long Horn Package. Man it has an awesome interior with leather seats that are heated and air conditioned. Never have regretted it. Bought it from Dodge dealer in Martin TN. And the service there was great. We went back 6 months later and bought our daughter a Grand Prix loaded. All of us are happy with our vehicles. Sorry to say it John but we will be buying our cars down there from now on. You guys need to step up your internet program and follow through, if not just get rid of it.

    They are pretty good friends of ours, they do very good work. We have had a positive experience with him, but we feel like his price is high. The quality of service is pretty good, and I have never had to complain there. My only dislike is the price. The guy doing the oil change hadn't done an oil change before, and he charged us $15 more because it took him longer, and I feel we shouldn't have been charged more because he was competent. It was a minimal fee, and I understand but that was my only complaint.

    I take all my vehicles to Harlan Automotive. They always get me in and out in a timely manner and get the problem fixed the first time. It's nice to have a reliable mechanical with a wide range of services!! The office staff is very professional. I took them a dirty work truck and they still put disposable floor mats down and plastic on my seat when the test drove it! I would recommend them to anyone.

    I have entrusted Harlan automotive with 3 vehicles over a period of 15 years.  This visit was concluded with a report of work done and inspection results.  I can count on good, necessary services being done for a fair price.  If anything out of the ordinary is recommended, I get a price quote and sometimes use another vendor if it seems extreme.  The other vendor is  usually the brand dealership who sometimes is necessary for warranty work.  The prices at Harlan have increased with the price of oil and  labor, which is understandable.

     I'll be glad to recommend Harlan Automotive for any automotive service.

    I met my son at the Grease Monkey oil change shop. We spoke to the person in charge and were told what needed to be done and th the approximate cost. He told us when the car would be ready. We went back to get the car and all items were taken care of and the cost was exactly what we were told. The work was done well, quickly, and the price was right. My son uses them all the time and has never been disappointed. We will definitely go back.

    We picked up a car we purchased and the vehicle had been detailed by Finish Line.  (I am not sure about the cost listed above because it was done for a vehicle that was new to us.)  The car, which is 3 years old, looked ABSOLUTELY brand new and the detail work done on the car was very good.  We have a 2004 Explorer and I am going to take it in for the same service because the Lincoln looked so good.  I know several others who have used Finish Line for their detailing and everyone tells me the same thing ever.  I will definitely use them again.

    They have a new division of their business that does nothing but servicing vehicles. You do not have to make an appt. I drove my car and my husband drove our truck in at the same time. When we gor there, I was met by a person outside that was ready to take my car in. I did not have to wait at all. My husband was right behind me and someone met him also. We were in and out in record time. The only problem I have is that I would like my car vacuumed out better, and I feel their prices are a little high. I need to add that the prices I have stated are for fully synthetic oil in both vehicles.
