    Excellent. Fridge died over a weekend; on Monday; went to store & bought new one. Sales person very nice, (I had researched & narrowed my choices down before I went there.) Prices on 2 models I had in mind on sale & cheaper by SEVERAL hundred $$ than other places. Delivery not expected til the following Monday but they put me "on call" if something opened up; which it did, on Wed. So..VERY pleased I had a new fridge installed w/I 2 days of purchase! $29 charge for delivery/set up/haul away old fridge very reasonable. Installers Evan & Nick very good; it was a difficult, tight placement, maneuvering very carefully around my quartz countertops, etc. Well done! This is my 3rd purchase from them (kitchen appliances) in 12 yrs; very pleased everytime.

    I've thought quite a bit about how the move went and what kind of review I would leave. While I appreciate how well Cam and his crew dealt with the hand they were dealt, I cannot get past the errors that were made to put them in a tough spot. I lived in a small apartment in Cincinnati. To access the parking lot, you have to use a fairly steep driveway. I warned BBM about this, not only did I say "Trucks can park right up back and do often, though I know that particularly massive trucks were unable to hit the angle up the driveway in the past" in my Angie's List request, I re-emphasized that point on the phone call. I was assured that their truck would get up fine. I was still a bit worried until a couple of weeks before our move, a couple in the next building moved and a different moving company's truck was parked up back. Well, moving day comes and BBM sends the single largest truck U-Haul offers and not even the version with the high suspension. Instead of parking out back and having a 20 foot walk to the truck with only three steps, the movers had to zig-zag down two narrow flights of stairs with stone walls and fences. What should've been a real easy job turned into a nightmare. Again, I felt bad for Cam and his. Cam was experienced and knew what he was doing, problem was that his other two members were on their third and first day with the company. While they worked hard (though not as hard as Cam) Cam spent plenty of time rearranging their mistakes. It was 95 degrees, they had already worked another job, and they were mad at BBM for the circumstances they were placed in yet they worked hard. BBM did try to mitigate our costs by sending a 4th worker to the house we moving to in order to speed up unloading, but that's kinda like burning down my house and offering me a tent. I did get a third worker for free but two experienced workers would've been better than one experienced and two who didn't really know what they were doing. Cam also sliced some of the time off for the mishaps but what was an initial estimate of 3.5-4 hours (which was the universal estimate I got from everyone) wound up at over 6.5. On top of that, I essentially worked as a fourth/fifth mover for most of the time and I don't know how long it would've taken had I not done so. At the end, Cam's efforts and the attempts to mitigate prevent the score from being even lower, though I can't go higher than this. Outside of one tricky couch and the driveway, it was a straightforward move and I let them know about the driveway. Cam said that BBM only uses trucks of that size, I would've liked to have known that when I repeatedly warned BBM that it could be a problem. A slightly smaller truck and the job probably gets done in half the time. That cost me a lot of money.

    Very professional and extremely fast. I was really impressed i promise you will be to. Usually delivery companies take there good nature time. They were here an gone so fast. Im going to keep them in mind if i ever need them for anything in the future. Thank you guys so much for hauling off our old furniture to. Your really good at your job!

    They were extremely professional, fast, courteous , respectful and true gentleman. They removed my old furniture and brought in the new one in a half an hour. I've never seen professional movers deliver, not only so quickly, but so precise without damaging anything. I was amazed. I would definitely hire them again! Thank you Roger and Jack!
