AAmazingly well; they were able to do the work the same night I contacted them (service department is open/working until 3am)! The car was ready the following morning, and the work exceeded my expectations. The setup is fast and efficient, and the staff provides extra services including a free car wash, and great customer service. There was some question/concern about the bill, but it was promptly resolved when I raised the issue. I expect to use them again.

AI purchased a set of Factory take off tires from a Chevrolet Trailblazer just as mine is. They are BF Goodrich Open Trail. I walked out the door at 360 said and done; that is mounted, balanced, taxes and all $360.00. The next day I got on the interstate and at 60MPH my front end was vibrating horribly. So on Monday morning I took them back and even being a factory take off are considered used so the manufactures warranty was void. But wrights 210 stood behind there work, they re balanced them even after the weights had come off. very pleased will use them and them only from here on out.

CI've got a 2002 Hyundai Sonata and have given Fannin a lot of business, just kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Last time just a few weeks ago in October, 2014 I paid nearly $600 after a couple of visits because my car would not take in gas. I had to return my car five FIVE times to Fannin for the same problem....they'd say it was fixed but when I tried (at numerous gas stations) to get gas in it would allow like $2.00 and then click off, dumping fuel on my foot or let me put in like 5 cents at a time and click off. The last time I finally gave up getting in $6 worth of gas (which at over $3 a gallon at the time isn't a whole lot of gas!) and it took like 10 minutes to get that much!!! They (Fannin) replaced all of the filler neck assembly which we found online for like $95 but it cost me $600 at Fannin. Then another incident a few months back my flange or something on the manifold came undone. They wanted to charge me $1200 ! to order and put in a whole new exhaust system and keep my car at least three days. My husband said, and quot;Why can't you just weld it?and quot; and quot;Oh, I wouldn't trust a weld.and quot; We took it down to a muffler shop and that guy knew immediately what the problem was just listening to the car as we drove in. We asked the cost and the muffler shop said it would be about $75 to weld it and would take about 45 minutes to an hour. Needless to say we got it fixed at the muffler shop! They only seem to want to replace things, not FIX things at Fannin. I won't even mention how much it cost me to get my engine rebuilt at Fannin's way before I knew about Angie's List. Wish I'd known about Angie's List BEFORE I have spent so much time and money on this company!

ACONDOR AUTO BODY & PAINT SHOPOur son was traveling back to Lexington after spending a weekend home in Pittsburgh when his car hydroplaned on Interstate 75 near Williamstown KY. He lost control and his car slammed into the guardrail. Fortunately, he was fine, but there was significant damage to the car. Not knowing if the car was safe to drive, we had it towed to the closest repair shop and left it there since it was after hours. The following day, we received an email from Jordan Beach of Condor Auto Body & Paint Shop. First, and foremost, he was concerned with our son’s well-being and offered to be of any assistance needed. His email detailed all of the services he could provide us as well as a written estimate. He also helped determine that the car was in a condition to be safely driven. We spoke to him and explained how it would be much easier for our son logistically to have the car repaired in Lexington so he would have use of it until all the parts were delivered to a repair shop. Not only did Jordan understand our position, he offered to provide feedback on the various shops in Lexington we were considering. His concern was not to secure our business, but to ensure that our car would be repaired properly and efficiently. We are thankful that no one was injured in the accident, but it was also our good fortune that it happened near Condor Auto Body & Paint Shop. If we lived closer, Jordan and his team at Condor would definitely be our “go to” shop. His integrity and customer service far surpassed our expectations.- Debra A.

ASQUIRES' AUTO BODY REPAIRQuote done the day I arrived. Work scheduled and done as agreed. Took a couple of weeks, but it involved painting parts of the car to match the original paint. They did superb work, and the paint job matched the original paint exactly. You can't tell where the wrecked portions of the car were. Staff were professional and polite. I will go back again if I need body repair on a vehicle. My car was super clean and beautiful when I picked it up.- JACKIE G.

ABAKER BODY SHOPThe work was excellent. Can't even tell where the damage occured originally. Mr. Baker was very professional and friendlywhen we stopped in for a proice quote and the work was completed the next day on everthing except the bottom portion of door. APURE REFELECTION PAINT-CLLSNThis is not my first experience with Pure Reflections and each time we have had an excellent experience with Rusty Barrett. Rusty was able to remove all the hail damage using PDR instead of doing body and paint work. This process is much less profit for the company but saves the owner a tremendous amount. Rusty always looks out for the customer in working with your insurance company and always does excellent work. If there is any problem at all, Rusty will take care of it promptly. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality work from Pure Reflections.- Frank L.
