    STUMP PIANO TUNING & SERVICE
All went well and minor adjustments were made. I will have her back to tune once the piano has acclimated a bit.

    STUMP PIANO TUNING & SERVICE
Kathy arrived promptly at our scheduled time and spent 2.5 hours on a full tuning. She also recommended adjustments of all loose keys since the piano was played quite often, all for a very reasonable fee compared to other tuners in town. The result was night and day when she finished - the piano sings once more, and I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of Kathy. She's a true artisan and I will definitely call her back in 6 months for a follow up tuning.

    Volume Electronics, LLC
Great. I was expecting about $100 would get it working. Quote was $240. I hesitated but this 35 yr old amp had never been worked by a pro shop. So let's say it needed to be refreshed a bit. I'm glad I did. It's sounds better than ever.

    Apex Piano Tuning
Considering the nightmare we are dealing with, Apex has been are only light. From Barb to Elise to Eric, everyone has gone well above and beyond to help walk us through all this. Their professionalism and talent are strong enough qualities. Couple these with people who genuinely care for pianos and the people who own them, and you have an A+ company. Again, we could not recommend Apex enough.

    Apex Piano Tuning
Eric was on time and very professional. He answered all of our questions about the tuning process and he let us watch him work. It was very interesting and my daughter enjoyed learning about the piano tuning process. He was comfortable around my two dogs and didn't make us crate them while he was there. He was in and out in the estimated time and even came back two weeks later for a follow up to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommended Apex and Eric to anyone. He also provides discounts to repeat customers so that's a plus!

    SAM ASH MUSIC STORES
Justin did a great job and quickly responded. He was very knowledgable about the products and the tuners.  Justin only replaced what absolutely needed to and was very friendly and affable....The manager was personally made aware of that after the work was performed in a timely manner. They were open till 8 pm on a Saturday eve so that worked even better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!__I'd absolutely utilize their services again.and it is so cool to see the great inventory of guitars and other instruments.

    STRINGS N THINGS
Jim and Judy, owners of Strings n' Things provide excellent service and excellent quality for a competitive price.  It is clear that they are committed to the art of music.  We began renting instruments from Jim and Judy when my son started Suzuki violin lessons at age 5 years.  Since then, we have purchased two high quality violins and 3 high quality bows ranging in price from $350 to $3500 as our son has grown physically and in his violin performance skills over the past 8 years.  Jim also services our son's instruments and we recently purchased a full sized German violin and Brazilian bow with a trade in on an antique half size French violin that we had purchased from them 4 years ago.  My son will be taking his new violin to Beijing this sumer where he was accepted to a music academy.  Because of Jim and Judy's personalized, detailed, and knowledgeable service, we have had our son's music needs consistently met and exceeded.

    Hopman Pianos
Mr. Hopman arrived a little late, after calling me and letting me know that his previous appointment had taken longer than expected.  He worked quickly and efficiently, and was also very friendly and conversational.  He was quite knowledgeable about his work.  He warned me that my piano, like many, is made with padding material on the hammers that will degrade over time, but that it's probably not going to be worth the cost to replace it.  It took him about 3 hours to tune the piano and replace the string.  His price was very generous.  Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Mr. Hopman for piano tuning and repair.

    WILLIS MUSIC COMPANY
Willis did a good job.  There are a couple of technicians that work especially with the woodwinds.  They are really top notch!  The professionals use their services.  I would give them all A's!

    BAROQUE VIOLIN SHOP
OUR SON'S CELLO BOW HAD BROKEN, IN THAT SOMETHING HAD COME LOOSE SO THAT THE BOWHAIRS HAD BECOME DETACHED AT ONE END. I TOOK IT IN TO THE SHOP AND WHILE I WAITED THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR IT AT NO CHARGE. I MENTIONED THAT HE HAD MISPLACED HIS ROCK STOP, SO THE GENTLEMAN SHOWED ME TO A DRAWER AND ASKED ME TO SELECT A COLOR. I DID AND WHEN I ASKED WHAT I OWED FOR IT, HE SAID 'NOTHING.' WE HAVE RENTED WITH THEM FOR 2 YEARS NOW, SO IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THEM BE SO RESPONSIVE.
