Dr. Sajjad is the best. He is very kind, very gentle, he explains things to you, and tells you why he is going to do something.

    Christ Hospital
They have top notch people and pretty patient as well. They are pretty good at explaining stuff. The family practitioner used to be a hospitalist. He has it in him to tell you what's there to tell you. He will give you a whole background of what's going on. They are always courteous, professional and timely.

The person performing the dexascan was personable. The real winner of this operation, however, is Dr. Watts. He is so incredibly kind, concerned, thorough and professional. In addition to being very knowledgeable, he has great "bedside" manner and gives you the time you need to ask questions. He anticipates some questions and has written materials (in layman's language) available for you to refer to later. I don't enjoy going to the doctor's office generally, but I am always happy to have to go see Dr. Watts knowing that he is taking good care of my bones.

    The Urology Group
Horrible....from start to finish. I had a kidney stone that the doctor was "going to get" so I went under anesthesia TO HAVE IT REMOVED. The next thing I know I am barely breathing, pulse is going down to dangerous level, heart rate, BP, BASICALLY MY VITALS are plummeting. Next thing I know I'm being transported to Christ Hospital ER in an ambulance . Even in the ambulance the medic kept saying to breathe and at one pint I guess my vitals were heading south again so he requested lights and siren to speed me to the ER. That was a disaster. My family literally thought I was going to pass away. I think the anesthesiologist should have to pay all the Christ hospital bills and this should be investigated. I think I was given way too much anesthesia. I spent hours in the ER and got billed mightily. The whole next week I had a stint in after the procedure. It was bloody and painful. No one prepared me for the pain I had and no one told me if it was normal. I called their office and no one really helped answer my questions. The stint had to be in place for one week. I refused to go under again for the removal of the stint so the doc said it was no problem to do, two, three! NOT, he had to make a couple of attempts to remove the stint and that night once again, I was in pain and bleeding. My advise is do not go to this group, only go to a urology practice that does their procedures in a hospital. I could have died at their surgical center...and my daughter said she felt like because it was a Friday LATE AFTERNOON, they just rushed me through, and almost lost me so they ushered me out to the ER...OUT OF THEIR HANDS. I'm sorry to report this. I don't like doing it except I have heard other horror stories from patients and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. And I only scratched the surface on the mishaps...but I think you can read between the lines.
