AIt went well. Tech arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Changed lock and made 3 extra keys (2 are included). Charges were $75 for call, $50 for labor, $20 to change 2 cylinders and $6.00 for 3 extra keys. Total with tax $161.60. I forgot to ask for my senior discount but the page says they offer 10%. It did seem a bit pricey to me but I wanted it done today and didn't have lots of time to shop around so I counted on Angie's List ratings to be valid!

BWent very well. Price was very reasonable, and they told me what was needed right away, and what could wait until later. Did not try to sell me things that i did not need. It's a little difficult to get in sometimes, as they are very busy. Best to call a couple days ahead, and get there when they open.

FIt did not go well. Nissan put on a sensor but it was defective. I had to take my car to another mechanic to have it fixed. I still had to pay $291.27 for their service. What a rip off! I am fighting with them now in order to get my money back. I see a small claim action in the near future. I would never go back to their service department!!

FI took my vehicle to this shop to install headers and a new suspension. Everything they did I've had to have redone and every time I contact them they give me a run around not wanting to admit they did something wrong when I took it to another mechanic and they confirmed it was wrong. They had to redo everything and now that I have another concern and called them two days ago and confirmed I had an appointment today...when my husband arrived with the car the mechanic again gave him the run round and said he wasn't even sure he had an appointment. I talked to the owner today and he said he couldn't warranty service from 6 months ago, when in fact it has only been 3 months since had redone the mistake of installing the strut plates incorrectly. I have also witnessed how he treats his customers and staff from his lobby, yelling and slamming doors with four customers sitting outside waiting for service, while accepting cash under the table for what he says is trying to avoid credit card fees. I'm not sure if this is a tax fraud situation or not. I don't know what kind of operation he is running down there with bad mechanics that install quality parts wrong and then not wanting to fix the mistake, but I don't recommend anyone going here for service.

AThe OEM CD (Blaupunkt) player in my '04 Pontiac locked up and would not play, eject or accept CDs. Based on web searching, I found quite a few favorable reviews for Audio Sensations. I saw Justin at the shop in WestChester/Pisgah and found him very personable and knowledgeable of his craft. After reviewing the options with him, I selected an aftermarket unit with enhanced capabilities over and above the OEM unit. I scheduled installation a few days later, arrived at the appointed time, and the guys had it completed in less than 90 minutes. No hassles, no glitches, and the new radio/CD player + Bluetooth, etc. works better than the OEM one. I highly recommend Audio Sensations.

AZIMMER CHRYSLER JEEPI had trouble finding the locksmith available at his shop to make the key. He'd set the time and not show. So, I stopped into Zimmer on a whim because I was nearby. They had the key, and programmed the new and old keys on the spot. While Chrysler's remote entry security chip key itself is quite expensive, they programmed both keys and my truck for just 10 dollars. This is my second experience with Zimmer. I had them repair a collision on the truck a few years ago. They did great work then as well. I am very happy with this dealer.- Raymond S.

CAUDIO ADVANTAGEI made a 5:00 appointment to have my car alarm removed. It was 14+ years old and had started squawking at random intervals for no apparent reason. They quoted a price of $60 for labor and said it would take about an hour. When I arrived, they took my key and set me up in a home theater to watch a movie while I waited (and to showcase the fact that they do home audio installation as well). After an hour of watching the movie, no one had come in to talk to me, so I went out for an update. It turns out they had forgotten to pull my car in and hadn't started work. The owner apologized and had his guys get to work. I went back and finished the movie and about 1 1/2 hours later, I was all set. Basically, I waited 2 1/2 hours for a one hour job. The owner did knock off $10 due to the delay. The alarm was removed and they gave me the old parts to verify that the work was done. I haven't had any problems with the car since.- Charles J.

DMUNDAY LOCK & SAFEWow (insert frowny-face here). On the first call they quote a price but weren't available to do the service that afternoon. They said to call back. So, I did the following day. Again, they were not available, but told me to show up at 8:30 AM (opening) the following day and they would program it for me. I did. Once there, they told me the guy with the machine takes it home with him at night, and that he had forgotten my appointment and went on another all-day job about 35 miles away. I voiced my frustration and they told me I should have called before leaving for my appointment at there shop, They took my number and said they would have the boss call me when he was available to do the work. In passing, the counter guy mentioned that the key they would program for me was not the key I wanted (he had just given my key back to me). It seems they were going to sell me a security chip key, but it would not contain the remote entry function. They did call 6 hours later to tell me the guy wouldn't be available because he was busy. By then, I had gone to Zimmer Chrysler Plymouth (who I just rated as excellent) and got the correct key in a jiffy. I can't compare Munday's quoted price to Zimmer's because I bought the complete item from Zimmer and Munday was going to sell me a partially functional chip. Funny how it took two calls and a visit to learn they couldn't even do the job that I wanted.- Raymond S.
