    I would recommend them. They preformed the surgery with no complications and no surprises. They sent me home with everything I could possibly need or want to help with the healing process. They even had a list of frequently asked questions and contact numbers. The contact numbers were not needed though. That night the Doctor made a house call just to check in and see how I was doing and if there were any questions or concerns. Now thats what I call caring for your patients. I healed up in average time and was very pleased with the outcome. I was very pleased with everything to do with the doctors office and the surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my oral surgery preformed at.

    I would say that he is the only dentist you will ever need, he is just that good. I have never been to anyone else that is as good as Dr. Hay. I had hardly any pain after having my tooth extracted, and I have used him multiple times.

    Its ok at best. She's overbooked, never runs on time it seems that she is only interested in Medicaid patients. They will no longer accept my insurance. That just verified my thoughts of switching their dentist. She's not real personable, and kinda of harsh to the scared kids, defiantly not very reassuring to the kids,

    My husband has had an appointment for several weeks to have some teeth extracted with sedation dentistry. The afternoon before the appointment, the office called me to see if we could wait until Monday to have the appointment. This is not an appointment that can be rescheduled at the drop of a hat, seeing that we had to cancel everything for the day of the surgery. I informed them that we could not reschedule. They thanked me and said that they would see us in the morning. We went in for the surgery and the staff was very friendly and they were on time taking my husband back. Well, the receptionist asked me which pharmacy we used and she called in my husband's medicine. I overheard that the dentist's name that she gave the pharmacy was one I had never heard of. I was under the impression that Dr Walden or Dr Bridges was doing the surgery. Apparently they have other dentist's on staff. Make sure who is doing your work. I waited for about 2 hours to go get the medicine, but when I got there, the pharmacy told me that the DEA number that the dentist office had given them was wrong and my insurance would not pay. I could pay cash for it. I called the dentist office and told them what had happened. They told me that they would call the pharmacy and take care of it. I did tell the person on the phone of my displeasure of the whole situation, but it was not very helpful. I hung up the phone and waited for the office to call the pharmacy. I waited for about 5 minutes, with no phone call. The pharmacy took pity on me, and called the dentist office. They finally got it worked out and the pharmacy filled my prescription in record time. I have NEVER had this much problem with a dentist office and WILL NOT be going back.
