    The complete process was great with Baku Moving - from start to finish and all people involved. Between the original assessment, the follow-up calls, and the final move were all beyond my expectations. They gave us a timeline and worked within it. The movers were careful and did not damage a single piece of furniture. They asked where I wanted furniture placed in the new house and reassembled all items. They were very friendly. I think this company will go very far in this industry and I wish them all the best.

    This was the very last choice we had for a company but, it turned out to be the best out of them. For a reasonable price we got these professionals to do a long distance move for us. After when everything was done, we were able to sit down and say that we got the best service possible. Their rates are far better than the others and they stayed until I am satisfied.     First of all, I live in Mayfield, Ky. My house was flooded from a broken water line on June 4th, 2014. We found the house was flooded on June 6th as we were out of town when the water line broke. Servpro from Paducah, Ky came to my house after I called them because State Farm named them as a clean up crew. Servpro installed a number of drying equipment to dry the floors before the floors could be removed. All the hardwood floors had to be removed. The equipment raised the temp in the house to over 105 degrees. A few days later a Servpro crew from Bowling Green, Ky came to the house to remove the floors as the crews from Paducah were already booked because of many other flooded and damaged homes from storms. The Bowling Green crew removed the floors, but in doing so they: tore holes in the walls, tore a hole in the refrigerator, they cut all the plumbing off at the wall and floor in the laundry room, kitchen and bathroom. They cut the wiring for the dish washer and garbage disposal. They also cut the input water hose that was connected to the dish washer. They damaged all the baseboard and threw it and the plumbing in the dumpster. They ruined an antique dining room suit that is dated 1912. The suit was in perfect condition before this event. The suit had some damage from the heat from the equipment but most of the damage was nicks and scratches from the workers. The furniture should have been removed before the demolition started. Servpro of Bowling Green said I would be compensated for all the damage that they did. So far nothing has happened. They want to appraise the dining room suit by a friend of Servpro to see what it would cost to repair. As anyone knows, the value of the furniture will never be the same, even if it is repaired. The manager at the Bowling Green Servpro admitted they did a lot of damage and he said this in front of our State Farm Insurance adjuster. There is one room in my house that has mold on the carpet and padding, they were supposed to have cleaned the mold already and have done nothing. I am still waiting for Servpro to resolve all of the damage they have done, and this is August 18, 2014. A big thumbs down to the Bowling Green Servpro and their management. Also they will not respond or reply to my calls.

    They showed up as promised and cleaned up the yard. They picked up all of the leaves and loose brush I had already trimmed from trees and some bushes. The cut back additional bushes as I requested and kept asking if there was anything else that needed to be done. They finished my large lawn in about 3-4 hours and I was very satisfied. The crew was polite, prompt and performed all the work I requested. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

    I went to Sears because the products that I bought 22 years ago and put in this house came from Sears, and they worked fine for 22 years. They still worked but they were getting older and needed to be replaced, so I went back to Sears to buy a new dishwasher and a trash compactor. But I will never do that again because my dishwasher sprang a leak and they sent five different repair guys and they were not able to fix it. I called the repair people myself and told them that they have sent me five different people who have not fixed the leak and that my dishwasher is still under warranty so I don't want another repairman and that I want them to sent me a new dishwasher. They did sent me a another dishwasher after going through five repairmen. My trash compactor was supposed to come in along with my dishwasher but it didn't and it took forever to get delivered. And when the delivery guy did deliver it, he called me from the road and asked if I can come down and pick it up because he didn't want to drive over my bridge. I told him to drive over the bridge and deliver it. Then, when he came to the door, he asked where I wanted him to put it and I said in the kitchen and he said he is not going to come in to the house. He said all he was doing was deliver the trash compactor. And when I told him that Sears told me that he was going to take the old one out and put it in, he replied that he was not going to do any of that. So I called the lady that I talked to at Sears and she talked to him on the phone and then she told me he was not going to do anything. So I said that I would tell him to take it back and take it off my account and give me my money back.

    I called them and asked them to come over and look at an area that I wanted to have landscaped. He was very punctual, he drew up a plan for me to look at and it was very reasonable. And he did what I asked him to do instead of doing what he wanted to do. Then he had me come over to the nursery and look at all the plants that I had wanted. He did give me some suggestions about different things that I might like, but he gave me the option. I was very happy with the service. There are several things that are going to be done. Technically, they haven't done the service yet but I'm on his schedule to get it all done and up to that point I've been very happy. And what I thought was great is that they guarantee the plants that they put in for you for two years; they will come out and check on them periodically to make sure that those plants are doing what they are supposed to be doing and that I am doing what I am supposed to do to make sure that they don't die.

    The pricing seemed reasonable but we were realizing that it was a quote and we had to satisfy ourselves by getting other quotes and it turned out to be higher than the other quote. They are very nice to deal with. They are very personable, thorough and detailed in their assessment of what we had to move. They made us feel good about their ability to handle the job and to handle the special items that we had to move. I only dealt with them that one time and I had a good experience. I just didn't wind up using them.
