    The appointment went well. It is always a nice atmosphere, with clean office and building. They are professional and explain everything well. My only concern is they don't offer a payment plan such as Care Credit for having more involved work done such as the crown I mentioned. The quality and service was excellent though.

    Had 2 teeth that needed crowns.  He replaced one crown that was loose with a new crown and post and prepped the second and put on new crown.  Second tooth crown came off about once a week.  He had replacement made for it but it still kept coming off.  First crown, the post came loose and when I went back about that one he did not let me know what was going until I asked.  He was using pliers to twist out the post..   He left it off because he said there was an infection in another tooth that caused an abscess under the tooth with the post.  Went back following Tuesday to have the crown with post put back in.  

    Dr. Crist refunded me the cost of both crowns.  The one with the post is now loose again and the other tooth needs a longer crown per the new dentist.  The expense will cost more than the cost of the crowns to correct so my out-of-pocket for the work I went to him to have completed will now cost me more to be re-done..  The crown that kept coming off did this for approximately a year until I went to see someone else because Dr. Crist was unavailable.  He also refunded my insurance company stating the claim was filed in error.

    I have been going to Dr. Spencer at Pebble Creek for about 7 or 8 years. Our entire family goes there and usually we come in together occupying two or three hygienists chairs. they are willing to work with you and try to fit you in if an emergency arises or if you do have a family that wants to have adjacent appointments.
    Love Dr. Spencer, and in a pinch I have seen the other two doctors as well. The dental hygienists are wonderful - I usually see Erin. I really feel a sense of them caring about my family. It's amazing how much conversation can occur when you have your mouth open as your teeth are being worked on!
    I have seen them for getting a cap put on for a tooth and a root canal. They had no problem with me putting on a headset and just tuning out while they worked. Great care and expertise.

    This is a copy of a message I sent to them on Sept 24, 2010 (I didn't remember exact details as it had been a while, so I looked up a previous review that I posted the day the problem occurred.)
    Customer Service Is More Than A Job Title.
    I have been a long time patient of this office. My oldest son had his
    first dentist appointment in this office 13 years ago. I have referred
    several patients to this office over the years. I am sad to say that in
    the past month, service has gone down hill and I will no longer be
    sending patients to this office. On the very day that I brought in a new
    patient, the assistants were very rude, hateful, and unprofessional. I
    let it go as we were just having bad days and our personalities clashed.
    My other two children had appointments today. I was there ten minutes
    early to make sure that I had all insurance and payment stuff
    up-to-date. At fifteen minutes past my appointment time I asked how much
    longer it would take to be seen. I was informed it would be another ten
    minutes "or so", because they still had people in the chair that had
    appointments an hour before. I asked to reschedule for an early morning
    appointment so I wouldn't have to worry about people being behind
    schedule. After fifteen more minutes of trying to schedule an
    appointment, I still end up with a late afternoon appointment. So now I
    will have to take time again to call up there and try to get an earlier
    appointment. Apparently appointment keeping skills and listening skills
    are only a mere suggestion in this office and not a job requirement. So I
    guess I will have to seriously think about getting a new dentist. It's a
    shame since my children all love this dentist and are comfortable being
    seen in this office. And it really is sad that all of this could have
    been taken care of with a simple dose of common courtesy. And we would
    all be happy and I would get to continue care with one of the favorite
    care providers for my house. As I told the individual that I spoke with
    about the complaint, all I expect is for people to do the job that they
    are paid to do. And if they can't fulfill these duties, then there are
    people in the unemployment line that would be ecstatic to have this job.
    And now the final straw...I called yesterday to correct the scheduling
    issue. When I called I was very polite and asked for a better time.
    Three times I was hung up on even by Dr. S himself. Finally I was
    transferred to Dr King. I expla...ined the schedule conflict and in 30
    seconds he had my appointment rescheduled for a time that worked for all
    of us. I was happy and my kids were happy. Today, however, I got a
    certified letter stating that they would no longer be seeing my children
    due to scheduling conflicts and I could be seen in another office. Just
    like that with no warning after I thought everything was good. So I
    will be using this avenue as well as others that are available to me to
    spread the word about the "awesome" service I got in this establishment.
    So fair warning out there to all of those people that expect some level
    of customer service in the office...IT IS TOO MUCH TO ASK OUT OF A
    CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY!! I look forward to spreading the word in this
    small town about the lack of professionalism. Especially how one of
    the assistants informed me that even though I didn't want her touching
    my child, I didn't have a choice. I just want people to understand that
    customer service is more than a job title...It is an actual concept
    they should embrace.

    Everything went well for my cleaning. Had to get 8 fillings. Scheduled that for the next two weeks. Second visit was 4 fillings. They were amazing people! Last visit was for 4 fillings. I liked them so much that I decided to change my children's dentist and bring them to see Dr King.

    My family has been seeing Dr. Sampson for years. He is the most friendly dentist in town. I would recommend him to everyone. I have seen most of the Dentist in town and he is the best. He is very patient and kind. He cares for all of his patients smiles. He will do everything he can to save your smile. Everyone should see him.

    He is the best. I live about a hundred and fifteen miles travel time but since I first began to see him, it is worth the guy and the distance. You can believe what he tells you. He does good work. He appreciates when you do what he tells you to do.

    From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly and talkative. The hygenist was extremely friendly and gentle during my x-rays and cleaning. Dr Haag was very thorough and answered all my questions. Not only will I continue to see him, I'm taking my toddler to him as well.

     It when great. I got a cleaning and my teeth were in good health. The staff are friendly..I also like the fact they can service everybody in my family.. I will go back in six month, and so will the rest of my family..
