This seasons experience with Trugreen was awful! I am not sure if we were dealing with a new office this summer or what but EVERY treatment had issues. Issue ranged from not treating the entire contracted area, request for retreats not being conducted, treating the WRONG property and most recently not even showing up to treat the yard after two conformation telephone calls. Needless to say I have ...

We hired Trugreen to treat our 1.1 acre yard. It is new construction so just were starting with the front yard and side to be treated but they did lock in a good rate for next season which was a good deal. We had used them at our previous home and were happy and had high hopes for this house....

Would get the automated phone call that they would be here the next day weather permitting. Did not show and no phone advising not coming. I realize life happens, employee get sick, over booked and so on. Just give me a call, text or email.
