The Customer Service of this organization was the worst I have ever experienced. Several calls made to the call center with the promise of the local rep to return the calls that didn't happen. A salesman came around and convinced my wife, and we were stuck with them for a year. Happy to get rid of them. I do a much better job now of spraying than they did. They were a regular exterminator. They want to get you on a one-year contract, then they extend it every year. I don't think they're worse than other companies in the business.
