DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Substantial kitchen renovation, including removing load bearing wall, installing load-bearing beam, moving pluming and electrical to support new configuration, building new wall for room separation, removing old vinyl flooring and restoring original wood flooring.  The above includes also rough carpentry as well as finish carpentry, drywalling to blend into original plaster, priming and painting, and installation of historic light.  Work necessitated attention to neighboring room.  Also placing ductwork, electrical and framing to support installation of other elements at a later time.  Related odds and ends, etc. Note that while the expense with Full Spectrum totaled around 11.5k, my total expenditures were about another 10k due to my purchasing cabinetry at Lowes, a sink and faucet through online sellers, and working with a flooring company for new flooring in the neighboring room previously mentioned.  (Work on both rooms had to occur as part of same overall project since the kitchen was 'growing' into the second room.)  In other words, some of the bigger ticket items I purchased separately and provided to Full Spectrum for installation.  Full Spectrum participated in these decisions, providing advice and oversight to the extent requested.

THEY DID DRYWALL REPAIRS IN TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS WITHIN OUR HOUSE, PART OF THAT INCLUDED COMPLETELY DRY WALLING AROUND A WINDOW AND ON OUR CEILING. IT WAS WATER DAMAGE.
