We're trying to get 3 quotes. They are definitely on the higher end, but I heard nothing but amazing things about them. He's extremely professional and great to talk to. He was courteous and he was very upfront, and I appreciate that. We didn't get that treatment from other contractors we have spoken to.

We are in the process of talking with Fackler Homes Inc. now. He called about 2 nights ago and he quoted us for our kitchen. It was right around $52,000 if he includes the flooring. We're removing cabinets and getting new cabinets.
