They've always been responsive if I've called. They come out once a year. We've had termites; they sprayed for those. So, they're out once a year to check on that. I guess it's been a year or two ago, we had mice in the attic and they came right out on that. So, they're out once a year checking on the termites. The quality was good. They were right out. I think the substance they used to kill them is supposed to last 5 years. I have to call them and say that we are through with the 5 year contract and now what is going to happen. I use Dial One Pest Control for termite control. It was about 5 years ago we had them treat the house for termite. They come once a year and do re-inspection. They go around and look inside and out to see any more signs of termites.
