Repaired attic vent that had lost its cover, allowing birds to enter vent pipe and build a nest. Installed a sturdy vent cover to replace the lost vent cover.

Small, injured raccoon crawled under our deck and was unable to leave. Mark quickly removed the raccoon and took him away in a cage to be euthanized and buried.

We had a racoon that had torn up the roof on our front porch and was living in the unfinished part of our attic. Andy came put put out a trap but also checked our entire roof for areas where racoon and other critters could get in. He found a number of areas and sealed them. The racoon was alittle harder. We have a lot of squirrel s in the neighborhood and after the first night there was a squirrel in the trap he came and got it out and by that afternoon there was another squirrel in the trap. He came and got that one. It took a few days but finally the racoon took the bate. He put out another trap to make sure there were no other racoon living there. No more... he came back and did a odor neutrilizer to clean up the area. He did a great job and was very friendly
