AJOHN WAYNE PEST CONTROLI used them for regular pest control for 24 unit apartment complex , I highly recommend them. When called they come out the next day or at least in the same week. They get rid of any pests I’ve ever had to deal with from Bedbugs to roaches. Also they are cheaper and beat any price I’ve had with any other company.- Andrea S.

AWright Choice Home InspectionJeff was very personable, listened to my concerns. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his report. He was neat. He used shoe coverings and didn't hesitate to crawl into the smallest, creepiest places. He was patient and proactive during the review process to answer all of my questions, and even walked through the house to show me clearly answers to my questions. The report was complete with pictures and notes showing areas of concern with a clearly defined rating system in terms of severity of concerns. Report was received same day.- Jeff L.

AGUARDIAN INSPECTIONSThe entire team at Guardian Inspections was amazing from start to finish. The woman (Christie) I spoke to on the phone to schedule my inspection was so kind and professional. Brian who did my inspection was also phenomenal. As a person who is early to everything I appreciated him showing up early too! He was professional and thorough through out the inspection, and explained everything he was looking at and seeing each step of the way. He also gave me little tips on how to do little remodel touches that I was discussing with him which was very kind of him. Katie who did my radon test was also incredibly kind and thorough, she explained to me my level of radon and the different levels that are considered okay to dangerous. I also had a termite inspection and that gentleman (sorry, forget his name!) was kind and helpful as well. My inspection report was sent over to me just a few hours after the inspection was over...wow! And the way the inspection was color coded and mapped out made it so easy to read and go over. I’ve never had a home inspection report be so organized. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and as long as I am in Cincinnati I will never use another home inspector. DBlack DiamondI’m honestly surprised at all the positive reviews on here. We’ve spent about $1500 this year on treatments, and still had to battle wasps throughout the summer, my dog had 3 ticks I had to remove, and we are seeing new mouse droppings after traps were set a couple months ago. I’m not sure what I’m paying for. And so now we are having this problem with mice, which means if I have them come take care of that, I won’t get all the spiders in my basement handled. This is a lot of money to keep having the same problems. We are treated MONTHLY. At this point it may just be water.- Elia H.

DBlack DiamondI did not know that my gutters and underhangs would be sprayed and therefore windows and doors now have bug spray all over them. I did not have a bug problem above my windows. Inquire before hiring. I also had a dead bird left behind in my attic that I had to retrieve.- Denise L.

DI did not consider for deck job as we had work done by them previously. First of all, they contract out the work without telling you. The did a good job on the foundation. The work that was required after the foundation, such as the yard, was terrible. They would not take responsibility for shoddy work, said they did all they could do and would not return any further calls.
