Dr. Y is the very best. I suffered for 6 years with an undiagnosed labral tear. Once I was referred to Dr. Y I had surgery in 2009 and have been pain free since. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else.

i had a knee replacement because i had bone on bone arthritis.  i have been in constant pain since surgery.  I had one round of epidural shots in my lower back.  i had an mri that showed i had an inflamed nerve in my lower back.  the epidural shots didn't work.  I ended up with bursitis in both hips.  i got shots in both hips.  that helped for a short time.  I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BACK PROBLEMS IN MY LIFE BEFORE I HAD THIS KNEE REPLACEMENT.  dr. brown and melissa (nurse practioner) both said i was probably walking funny and that was probably causing the pain.  i kept complaing to them about the pain, but since the mri i had said i had an inflamed nerve in my lower back, that was a different problem and they didn't do backs.  i finally went to my family doctor.  he gave a prescription for neurontin.  this has helped quite a bit.  again,  I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BACK PROBLEMS IN MY LIFE BEFORE I HAD THIS KNEE REPLACEMENT.  i am considering going to another orthopedic surgeon to check out why i am having so much pain.  i don't go anywhere and can hardly do anything where i have to stand in one place (cooking) or walk any distance.  even a short distance.

Would not go back. Very long wait (over an hour) for appointments, even early morning appointments. Diagnosis provided of Carpal Tunnel was denied through additional testing. Physical therapy department was ineffective and I felt like a number, rather than a patient. Would definitely not return.

I seen Dr. Ball and I couldnt have asked for a better dr. He was very converned with my issue and made sure that I was included and okay with every step we took toward my recovery. He was very professional and helped to heal my ankle and tendons.

Dr. Owen did a wonderful job.  He was attentive, and thorough in his explanation.  My follow-up care was excellent.  When I was experiencing pain, Dr. Owen sent me for testing and tried to make certain I was well cared for beyond his scope of the procedure with neurology and proper medication.

Great! His entire staff - wonderful! He answers all questions and very up front a bout all my questions. My husband's physical therapist recommended Dr. Krupp, too. They see a lot of patients recovering from shoulder surgery.

I saw two different doctors at this practice and both were very short and dismissive when i described what I was feeling. They insisted it was something else and told me I had symptoms that I most certainly did NOT have. They would not listen to my description without then telling me how I could not be feeling what I WAS feeling. They were very haughty and seemed to do their best to make me realize that they were the doctor and I was not.
In the end they gave me two cortisone shots, took an x-ray (which to this day I have yet to hear the results), and charged me $55 each for two wrist braces that I could have picked up for $15 each at Wal-Mart.
To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. Now I have paid $500 for absolutely nothing.

Wait was not overly long in waiting room. Removal of cast was fast and painless, as was x-ray. Rarely is the wait more than 5 minutes after you get back to an exam room before either the nurse or Dr. Ball appears. After beginning to remove the stitches, the nurse told me they had scabbed over and she may have to wiggle and tug a bit to get them, and that if it hurt, just to let her know and she would spray some numbing spray on them. The stitches were quite resistant to coming out, so she had to use the spay, which numbed them instantly. When the stitches were out, Dr. Ball came in and told me the x-rays showed that the bone was healing very well and that I could now use the air cast and walker instead of a wheel chair. That was such a relief! Each person that I have had contact with at the office has been super nice and caring. I have great confidence in Dr. Ball and the staff and will continue my follow-ups as long as doctor says I should. I am still not permitted to swim or do much exercise like I want to. Dr. Ball says healing is the main focus at this time. We want to make sure I heal good and thoroughly before putting any stress on that bone. We also are keeping an eye on the outside tendon, which may be torn, as it hurts at times more than the surgery site. Heal the bone first, so that it doesn't break again, then we will worry about the tendon or any other problem that may crop up. I find that I look forward to my appointments because I know Dr. Ball cares and wants me to heal correctly. That means a lot.

Gail Blake is an advanced practioner in these disciplines, similar to acupressure. She has helped every member of my family, including grandchildren. I see her regularly as a self-imposed progrma of preventive medicine. I enthsiastically recommend her to anyone.

They listened to my description of the problems and together with my doctor have significantly reduced the pain I experience. I am still in the process of recovery and will gladly go back if for some reason my problem flares up again.
