    We hired Silver Hammer in 2017 to completely remodel our kitchen. New cabinets, countertops, appliances, shelving, etc. We could not be more pleased with how it turned out! We had our quote right away and once everything was agreed upon Dave started immediately. Both Dave and Andrea respond quickly to calls and/texts and could not have been better to work with. I recommend them to everyone I know!

    Great job and beautiful work. The table looks great and I can't wait to start gaming with it. The table had a 40 inch flat screen in the middle so that a computer can be hooked to it for using digital maps or game boards. Gaming tables like this are going to be the wave of the future.

    There was an issue with the color match to the sheet provided with the kit. I contacted customer service, and their representative, Elaine, promptly and courteously responded and expedited a replacement pad of the correct color. The quality is great, and their customer service representative, Elaine, is outstanding. The pad quality is excellent, and is made to the exact dimensions. A great value to protect our table.

    Great! Charlie was prompt, courteous to a fault, and very respectful of our home. He did an excellent job tuning our dreadfully out of tune piano. Definitely would recommend to anyone! And definitely will have him back for our next tune.

    They were able to get someone out the next day.  The guy diagnosed the problem quickly (heating element needed to be replaced), quoted the price (the $49 service call price was applied to the cost of the repair), and replaced the part.  The dryer also had a super annoying rattle, so the guy dug out all of the coins and bobby pins the previous owners managed to get stuck in the drum for me while he had the cover off.  He didn't have to do that, but because he did, I will definitely give this company my business next time I need an appliance repair.

    Jeremy started the work in April, but we unfortunately had to put a hold on things when the basement turned out to need additional water-proofing.  We told him up front when that work would be complete and when he'd be able to re-start.  Since then (approximately June 3), someone has been out to our house maybe a total of 5 times.  He is OK at responding to text messages, but it seems like we've heard excuse after excuse about why our job is not complete (even though, according to him, it's a very simple job).  Jeremy is a nice person, and he might do good work (not that I'd know - nothing is done!), but at this point I feel as though I'm never going to see my $7000 ($5k for the remodel and $2k for the pump unit) again.

    I purchased several appliances over the years from them. I've been dealing with them for quite a few years. I bought all of my appliances with them for the last 15 years at least, maybe linger. I've been satisfied with their product and I've been satisfied with their service. The thing I like about any company is their customer service. They are dependable. They have a good reputation, timely in getting here, if I call today, they'll be here tomorrow the latest assuming everything is normal. Delivery depends on how late in the day I go in there, its usually the next day. If I go early in the morning, it maybe the same day but its normally no later than next day. They may not be the cheapest place in town but the price to me warrants their service. I know I'm goign to get first-hand customer service if I had an issue. The company warranty, they stay behind it. If you want to purchase an additional warranty, you can always do that. I'm satisfied with them.

    He was very prompt and knowledgeable. He explained the process when he realized that I was interested in how he did the tuning. Professional and prompt in setting up the appointment. Would definitely use again.

    The mover was so suppose to pick up the piano at 3:00P.M. They did not pick up the piano until approximately 5:00P.M. and did not call regarding the delay.They picked up the piano and then expected to get $10.00 each for picking up the piano as a tip. The money was paid. Our concern was that if they were going to require a tip, we should have been the ones expected to provide a tip and thatwe should have been advised that in addition to the cost that we have been advised regarding the tip expectation. Following my initial review, I contacted Chappell. They were upset that their employees were requesting tips, because this violates their policy. They refunded the money and were going to have a discussion with the employees. The company did its best to turn this into a positive situation.

    turned a sow's ear into a silk purse. they provide pick up and delivery service. went very well. i sent the piece to them about a month before i moved and told them i was in no hurry but i wanted it delivered to my new address when it was finished. time frame was a month. the inside of the drawers were even refurbished and new felt was installed in one drawer (for silver storage) and polished the brass handles. they delivered to my new address and it was great. i've used them before and already have another piece in the pipeline for repair. do give them plenty of time to work their magic.
