Fence Company reviews in London

Great! We were slow to get going while waiting for our HOA's approval process and then we halted progress at the last minute to have the property surveyed so we'd get the fence correctly on our property line. He was so accommodating and worked us in and kept in communication daily as to when to expect him out to work.

Matt's quote was not the lowest we received but no one else proposed the solutions Matt did in terms of how to transition from the 8 foot section to the 6 foot section and how to work around a light that was in the path of the fence. Matt was the one to come out to discuss and put together the quote, and he was out here every day building the fence. With other projects we have had completed, we had problems with communication between the salesman and the crew doing the project, so we felt more comfortable knowing that Matt was involved from the beginning to the end. He built everything from scratch and was great with communication.

I gave the company a chance to pay for the repairs and finish the job.  They claim it is not their problem and would not pay for the damage.  This is in addition to making a mess on my driveway, deck and landscaping all of which they failed to clean up.  Run and hide from this company, there are far better options in town who will treat you with respect and do the job correctly.

The work was done reasonably well for the price quoted. There were three issues. They installed the release on the wrong side of the gate so a dog could open it from the inside. When they received the fencing from the manufacturer, they didn't check the order until the day they were supposed to install the fence. Then they discovered the manufacturer had sent the wrong color so they had to have the manufacturer ship the order again and they rescheduled the installation almost 2 weeks after the original install date. When the installers were done, they left several tools, including power tools by the side of the house. I had to call the office to have them come retrieve their tools.

After over three months they have still not completed the fence. The owner Eric has lied week after week about sending a crew out. They do not communicate with the customer at all. You have to try and track them down. They sub out the jobs since they seem to poorly manage the jobs, and can not handle the work load. Then the people that finally show up, are rude swear at you, and provide an unacceptable quality of work. This company is one to stay away from in my opinion. BEWARE!

I really liked the work that was done. They worked very hard to get my fence up and saved me quite a bit of money on lumber by using the fence that was knocked down. I feel that he is a very creative thinker and definitely knows how to put a fence up. He took an estimate but took longer than he thought. Instead of charging me more, he honored the original estimate.

The job was done professionally, on schedule, and to my satisfaction for a reasonable price.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing fence installation or repair.

The quote was delivered on time, and the fence company installed the fence as promised.  The first evening they simply left with just the posts in the ground & no fencing between.  They also did not provide any feedback of their return, so I had to call the company to learn the installers would be back on Thursday.  As I have a child that would be in the home alone, this was important information to have.
The fence was installed on 06/16/2015.  On 06/20/2015, my finished basement flooded because of the damage done to my drain pipes during the installation of the fence.
After I contacted them about the matter, an agent of the company came out without advance notice and informed me that because the clean-up was so expensive, they would not pay for the damages that were caused by their installation.  According to two plumbers, the installers had to have felt when they hit the pipe, and if they had told me, I would have had it fixed right away.  Instead they did not share this information and I have incurred damage to my home and lost irreplaceable items.
I am a single mother and I feel like I was taken advantage of.  I will never use this company again and will let anyone who asks know of my experience.  I lost valuable property I inherited from my recently deceased father during the flood.  These furnishings cannot be replaced, plus I am out several thousand dollars in clean-up.
You can check my other reviews - I am not someone who submits negative reviews without cause.  Most of my reviews are extremely positive.  This one is not - because it should NOT be.  I took every appropriate action and I did contact the company prior to this review to try and resolve the matter amicably.  They refuse.
Can you be sure you know exactly where every pipe that leads out of your house is?  In most cases, there is NO way you can know.  Therefore, you could be in this same situation!

Matt is JR's son and does most of the construction work now. He built a privacy fence at our home several years ago and recently built a wood deck to replace on old which we inherited when we bought our house.
Matt was responsive to our inquiry and came out to estimate the job. He was very thorough in making sure we got the deck we wanted. He started and finished in about a week, which was within the time he estimated it would take. The construction work is high quality and we are very happy with his work.

    Mr Do It All
Phil is pleasant to work with. He is basically a general contractor. His people replaced a kitchen faucet, repaired a wood fence reinstalling a section that had fallen down and fixing another to accommodate a growing tree. They also buried low voltage wires and set existing lights in place. He brought two others with him and they proved to be good workers. They cleaned up well when done.

He had another outfit - Dry-Tech Remodeling and Roofing do roofing, guttering, tuck-pointing and drywall work. They seemed to do good work. BUT the roof leaked (rained unexpectedly right after they finished and before sun sealed everything)and damaged the garage ceiling. They were quick to take responsibility and started to fix it. The roof was fixed the next day and never again leaked.

It went down hill from there. They almost never showed up as promised. Repeated calls to them and to Phil got promises only. Phil finally sent others to work on the ceiling. We never knew who would show up or if anyone would. They stood on my garbage can to work. My garage still had drywall mud on the floor, walls and on my ladder.

Before the damage occurred I would have given Phil and Dry Tech A ratings. But I hold Phil as the general contractor responsible for the miserable ceiling fix. As a general contractor he should have sent a better team to do the fix. It should have taken a real painter parts of three days not weeks.

So use Phil at your own risk. If he puts his first team on a job, it will be done and fairly priced. If he uses Dry Tech for roofing and gutter work, it to will be very well done.
