    The back bumper was dented and they pushed it out. It's good as new. There was no charge back to my insurance company or to me. Jim did an excellent job, they even cleaned the car out and it looks beautiful. They finished the job within the 3 days that they said it would take. I'm thrilled they took care of this without a hitch. I would recommend their service.

    Workmanship, I cannot complain. Customer service/communication was horrible. Had my car in for a minor scrap/dent repair. I was told it would take four days. Dropped the car off Sunday night. We called Wednesday and were told, "Ready late Thursday, Friday for sure". We called Friday and were told, "Nope, not ready until Monday". We called Monday and were told, "Nope, Tuesday." Mind you this whole time, not ONE call from the shop explaining the delay or anything. We did not call on Tuesday. The car was ready. They NEVER explained the delays and refused any relief from the final bill. I retrieved my car that night after work to find the lift gate open? My A/C was on FULL blast? Driver?s side mirror moved? Really, what's going on here? I?ve used this company before and never had a problem. I won't be using them in the future.

    Hit on left rear bumper and  quarter panel requiring new bumper and panel repair. 
    Etscorn took about  five weeks to complete  the job with some of the time consumed with insurance negotiations because of age of the vehicle.  Their communications with me during this period were very good.
    I am very satisfied with the repair and with  the company.

    Very professional and customer oriented business. They handled all interface with insurance company, even revision after additional damage was discovered. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Best body shop experience I have ever witnessed. I gave pricing a B because it seemed high to me (I may be out of touch with current costs and prices) but everything was paid by insurance except for my deductible. Also, I expect that and quot;cut rateand quot; shops was have lower pricing but quality isn't cheap.

    Norcini was good to work with on the estimate.  They handled providing all the info to the insurance company.  The work looks good but it took them longer than they had estimated to complete the job.

    They were happy to make an appointment for an estimate and for the actual repairs.  They told me it would take a full week to complete the repairs.  They called 3 days later to say the repair was finished.  The car looked brand new!  The entire SMI staff was very kind, helpful, and professional.  They even took care of a small issue on my Honda Pilot on the spot at the time of pickup of the CRV.

    Considering the age of the van, Andrew and Bill found the safest and most cost effective and creative way to fix my van.

    While there was a day's delay, explained as falling behind, the work performed was excellent and the service I recieved from Nick was great. They cleaned the car inside and out after completing their work, a nice bonus!

    My wife had her Jeep Wrangler rear window replaced. She was very
    impressed with the professional service and open pricing. She explained
    that she sat with the gentleman as he shopped replacement glass and
    they selected one together. The parts were there the next morning and
    the work done in about an hour.
    This was a relatively simple fix, but their professional service and open/fair pricing made it painless. We will definitely use them again...though hopefully not too soon. :)
