    BEWARE of this company !! Dont put yourself through the agony that I did. Called this company on 6-18-20 for a quote to get gutters replaced. Female (no name) took my info and said someone would call back. No one called back. Called again same day. Different female answered. She took my info again because she said she could not find any info that I called at all. (This should have been a red flag). She said some one would call FOR SURE by 24 hrs. Guess what, NOBODY called by the next day (6-19-20). Called AGAIN on 6-20-20 female answered phone, she knew I called before and said some one would call me back in 24 hrs. REALLY !? I told her that was said to me before and that was not very professional. I then asked her for the name of the business owner. Her reply was "Thank you very much". (She was NOT going to give me the information !). I then asked for her name and she actually HUNG UP THE PHONE. I was FLABBERGASTED! What kind of company treats people like this? At my job, I would be immediately be fired through HR. WARNING.....Do not use this company as they will waste your time and treat you BAD for no reason! I still cant believe this actually happened.

    Son and Father Team. Thought they knew what they would do to correct my problem. Spent at least hour and a half discussing gutters and other problems they thought they could correct. We agreed on quote and a day to start project. I never heard back from them again. I left texts to no avail. Very disappointing company at best

    Roof and gutter replacement - May 2017 They sub-contract all their work out and provide no on-site supervision. The sub-contractors were drinking on the job site, using my backyard as restroom, and damaging property left and right without any notice. It was not until I brought this up to Craftsmen did they even care to address the damages. It took negotiation even for the company to want to repair the damages left. After the job and repairs were completed, the first rainstorm came through and the interior of my house looked like someone turned a garden hose on. The company via the sub-contractor claimed no fault. They made invest another $4k in repairs to my chimneys. Evidently, the chimneys were too bad to work around, but again NO ONE said anything prior to the start of the job. The company then sent their own employee over to inspect where he noticed a softball size hole next to the chimney from the install. They then just chalked the hole and did not address the damage caused by their sub-contractors. We are still dealing all the issues that this company caused to date. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY!

    Fast and complete. Workers had old roof removed and new one installed in less than 1/2 day. Gutter crew was excellent. I called them back out with a problem in a torrential downpour, and they showed up to check it out. They explained that massive rain could cause some overflowing. There have been no issues in a normal rain.

    My Lowe's nightmare is kind of unbelievable and is going to take a while, so grab a snack. We contracted with Lowe's of Nicholasville, KY to build a new deck on 3/1/18. We were told Contractor A would be building our deck and that it would take 3 to 4 days, maybe 5 if there was a problem. Not long later we were told it would be Contractor B. Well it was Spring in KY and the weather wasn't cooperating, so in late March we were told they were switching the job to Contractor C. Tear down began on 4/5/18 and rebuild began the following week. We thought it was strange that the deck was being built on temporary supports and that the footers were set last, only later did we find out why. At this point our contractor kept telling us that he was waiting for the inspection office to come inspect the footers and that they were backed up. I thought this was odd so I called the city myself. On April 26 I was told by the city that there was no inspection because first of all THERE WAS NO PERMIT FOR MY PROJECT. Our contractor apologized saying something about his accountant not paying his taxes. I have no idea what paying taxes has to do with a building permit when the city showed no record of an application, but once again what do I know. So anyway that gets sorted out after several weeks of prodding and the footers pass inspection. The footers were filled in and then came the framing inspection approximately one week later��� The deck failed because of 4 code violations, one of which being the fact that there were no posts against the house. We were told from the time of signing the contract that decks are built free standing these days, and that there would be posts against the house to reduce the load. We later learned from the inspector that the contractor told him ���the homeowner didn���t want posts against the house���. This was not a conversation we ever had and I can���t figure out why he would say such a thing, except that maybe he thought the inspector would be like, ���oh ok��� and pass the inspection anyway?? I���m going to fast forward to present (9/7/18) because this is getting too long, now we still have a failed framing inspection and 2 giant holes in our basement ceiling where additional supports were installed. We have tried for months to resolve these issues with Lowe���s, calling everyone from the ���corporate install team���, to the Nicholasville GM, to the complaint line, and even to Synchrony Bank who manages the Lowe���s credit card (FYI they���ve been just as unhelpful). We���ve asked Lowe���s to send someone else to finish the job, they told us no. No one from Lowe���s has even been in contact with us since 7/24/18. For the sake of brevity, I���ve only touched on the biggest issues. There���s a lot more that I could go into, but the gist of it is that Lowe���s end of our contractual agreement has NOT been met six months later. We���ve hired out several large jobs over the past 9 years. Our experience has been that every big job runs into issues. The problem with Lowe���s is, no one has your back when these issues arise. Clearly there are deficiencies in Lowe's vetting process for sub-contractors. The stress and anxiety we���ve experienced from the whole thing has ruined our summer, and there���s no end in sight. We���re still holding the bag for several thousand dollars. I would avoid at all costs.

    This company came right out the next day to clean my gutters. They were very professional and polite. They even went above and beyond to attach one of my downspouts to the house when it had come loose. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family and using them again in the future.

    Reliable Residential Roofing
    Reliable was wonderful. They showed up when they said they were, were honest, didn't try to sell me a whole roof, which I was willing to buy if I had to, and installed 6" gutters (by a subcontractor, but they were great) that are working for the first time ever after three stabs at gutters by other companies. Skylight needed extra work to get to fit and they fixed it right up.

    This company is awesome! From the sales rep on down they were incredible! They completed the job in just 4 days, and we have a high pitch, large roof. They were always on time and always professional. Did a phenomenal job of cleaning up afterwards as well. We highly recommend them!

    My experience was a little mixed. The work itself was fine: the gutters were nailed back up and brackets were put in place. That's all good. However, they only gave a vague time frame (could be Friday, could be Monday) and then just showed up without a text or call beforehand. Workman comes to the door smoking and smoked the whole time he's at the house, including while he's up on the roof. Just dirty and unprofessional, and I don't need to be picking up cigarette butts off my own lawn. So, it was reasonable work, but unprofessional service. Didn't get back in touch for new gutters.

    When I called Lucian said he would come by the next day, but when he hadn't arrived by 6:15 I called to request that he come out the next morning. Lucian was here at 9 am, reviewed my job, gave me an estimate and completed the job within 30 minutes. Not having a drill with him was a minor setback but overall I was pleased with the job. Especially when the actual charge was under the estimate.
