Technician called to try to cancel my appointment 30 minutes before scheduled. Ended up coming, and told me everything was fixed. The next morning I called back because the issue was clearly not fixed. The office informed me that I would have to pay another $90 for the technician to come back to my house even though he clearly missed something the first time. Complete waste of my time and money.
