    Complete Appliance Service
    Contacted my home warranty company who, in turn, dispatched Complete Appliance to my home. Repair tech came to my house, opened my fridge and poked around for about an hour, then collected the service fee of $75 and left. I was told they would write a report and send it to my home warranty company. My home warranty company later contacted me to tell me that this service provider "declined" the work order. I explained to my home warranty company that someone came to my home and looked at my fridge and that I paid them the $75 service fee. Home warranty company told me they could not make any decisions about my fridge without a diagnosis and that they would have to dispatch another service company. I do not appreciate the deceptiveness of Complete Appliance, nor their failure to provide my home warranty company with a report and diagnosis, despite having sent a technician to my home. It was a complete waste of time and now I have to even longer without a working fridge because Complete Appliance could not do their job correctly or completely.

    I called them to ask if they could service a Kenmore washer. They replied maybe, so I said I didn't want to pay them if they couldn't. They said if i gave them the serial number they could tell me for sure. I gave it to them and they said they could "definitely" fix it, so I scheduled an appointment. The service man who came out said he had no clue what was wrong with it. My husband told him some things he had found about the codes (the machine was showing) on the internet and the guy said 'sounds like you know more about it than I do' and that he didn't know what was wrong so he couldn't fix, asked for his money and left. He made no attempt to help us. Waste of our money and our time.

    I purchased all the service plans available to protect my home and pool.  I even bought the add on preventative maintenance plan for hvac system.  That came with 2 tune ups.  When my first scheduled tune-up was supposed to happen that hvac company called to say they would not be coming out and they were going out of business.  AHS had no other company to replace them so I cancelled that portion of my contract but they continued to charge my credit card monthly for it!  The only claim I submitted was for a pool pump and motor.  Neither problem was resolved.  After spending most of the summer trying to get service I closed the pool in November before the first snow without resolving the issue.  I paid over $300 out of pocket to replace leaky pump housing because AHS couldn't get me serviced.  They messed around for over a week saying a plumber was coming out. A few weeks after that the motor went out.  They did find someone to come out and rebuild the motor and after that it was very loud. I was told by the repairman if it got worse to call because it was going to go out again.  Later in the season it got worse and was so loud I put in for another service claim and AHS then said they could not find a repair service in my area.  I asked them to send out the company who was out previously on the first claim and they said that company wasn't one of there contractors.  Then a week later AHS told me that company did qualify  but didn't want to come out and do the work.  I contacted the owner and he told me that AHS denied the claim.  I believe the pool company owner.  So it was one big fiasco for a $200 motor or another cheap rebuild.  Either way they would not send anyone out.  I closed my pool but continued to call AHS about it and got weeks of run around about it.  I was told two separate times a special supervisor would be calling me.  They never did but I kept calling.  I never got anywhere with it.  But what I found out in the process was that I was being charged for the hvac maintenance service that didn't exist.  That was refunded back, obviously they had no choice on that one.  Since I closed my pool with an unresolved issue that I submitted a claim for I asked for the pool warranty monies that I had paid each month but I was told to file an appeal which I didn't do, mostly because I was so frustrated and tired of dealing with it and I also didn't think it would help.  The customer service at AHS is as poor as I have ever seen.  I have heard of nightmares like this but until now it hadn't happened to me. Not recommending this company!  If they don't want to service pools they shouldn't sell the warranty's for them!

    Within 30 minutes of arrival Kenny had found the problem (blown thermal fuse). Within 45 minutes had replaced the defective part and explained exactly what he had done and the possible reason(s) for the problem. Unfortunately the problem reoccurred within 15 minutes after he left. I called the office and explained that the problem had reoccurred and they had Kenny call me back immediately. He explained that he was on his next call with one more after that but would try to get back to me same day if possible. Kenny called back after his next call to tell me he couldn't reschedule his last call but worked with me to schedule follow up visit the next day at most convenient time for me. The following day Kenny called to tell me he had researched the problem and had several possible solutions and had already picked up replacement parts. Kenny again called to tell me his arrival time and again showed up on time. He again replaced the thermal fuse (no charge) and then tried the least expensive solution first. Unfortunately that wasn't it. The problem was a defective circuit board. After replacing the parts and getting the dryer working again he stayed until I had cycled a load to make sure it was working properly and not going to quit again. Since work performed previous day did not fix the problem I only had to pay for parts used on second day, no additional service charge or labor charge.

    I let a message w/Premier around 12noon. Got a return call 5 minutes later for a 1:30pm appt on the same day.
    Received a courtesy called before arrival, Tech was prompt, friendly & gave accurate estimate for repair. Would definitely use Premier Appliance Repair in the future.

    I actually provided the name of this contractor to my sister who had a leaking water dispenser in her refrigerator.  She called Day's on Wed 8/8 - they offered a Thurs appt - but she wanted to be there  - so she set up a Friday appt.  They said they would call within 20 min of the appt ( which allowed her to get home ) .  Jay took apart the dispenser, made some adjustments and did some cleaning - and her dispenser water running problem went away !  Happy with the professionalism, reponse time, workmanship, price, and end result.

    Clean light flashing on our Whirlpool Quiet Partner III dishwasher, and it wouldn't run properly.  Called and explained problem on phone.  They understood problem and were able to bring the correct part and fix that same day.  It needed a new heater element.  Serviceman was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
