Were our movers and we had a short distance to move from one building to another across the street in our apartment complex. With our new unit being on the 4th floor they did it with ease! They were quick, courteous and everything with smoothly even the huge sectional that had to be moved up all 4 floor stairs as the elevator was too small. Thank you Leaders!!!! ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of ColumbusWe have used Leaders twice in the past 6 months. First to move our son from one apartment to another in Columbus. The three movers showed up promptly at the arranged time and did an excellent and efficient job moving him. We also just used them again to load our provided uhaul . Really like how you pay for the number of pieces you want moved, not a flat hourly rate. These were small jobs, but worth the cost to hire professionals. AVery good moving companyThis is the best moving company I’ve ever used!!! They treated all of my belongings as if they were their own with so much respect. They made sure all of my stuff was packed up nice and safe. They helped relieve all the stress that comes with moving and if you’ve ever moved before you know how stressful it can be. ABig Blue MovingThis was our first time using Big Blue Moving and we have been very impressed! Instead of the actually planned 1 day, 2 trucks move we ended with 2 days and 2 trucks (each day). We never realized how much stuff we have. Tyler L. did an outstanding job coordinating the move. He went above and beyond the assist us with any questions we had. The first crew (including Tyler L.) was Braydon B., JR Sullivan, Jacob A. And K. Brockerich went straight to work, were very polite and courteous. Once we noticed we need a second day to move, Tyler did everything he could to get us scheduled in for the next day, and actually managed to get a 2 second truck/crew. This crew (Clarence B., Andy S., Braydon B., K. Brockerich, Tyler L.) worked efficiently, quickly and professional. It was our pleasure to work with this company, and we will definitely use them again!!!- Katrin H.

AAgility Van LinesI was the recipient of another moving company not being able to honor their contract. So after parting ways with the other moving company, I was in a quick need for a mover to move my items. I contacted Agility on a Saturday. They were able to squeeze me in the following Wednesday and the following Tuesday I had my items. I was in a pinch and John, Denise and the movers made it happen very quickly. Granted, I was a very small move, so my complexity was not hard. The pricing was fair, Denise and scheduling called me everyday to give me an update, the movers were communicative, Paul was very thorough with all the paperwork. My items arrived with no issues. The only thing I would “warn” you about, is read the “extra” charges very carefully, since the distances/stairs to load or unload your truck may add additional costs that you might not have planned for. Overall, I would recommend them.- Michelle M.

FLEADERS DID A TERRIBLE JOB. I was both disappointed and angry. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING this company. The team leader was careless and surly, and damaged several pieces of furniture. When I asked them to stack boxes neatly, the “I AIN’T DOING IT…. They were unable to get my bed frame out of the basement of my rental house, and unable to get a sofa down the stairs in my new house—I had to hire a different team, who successfully moved the items with no trouble. When I called the company to address these issues, I was told that nothing could be done and a partial reimbursement was impossible. DON’T JUST WALK AWAY…RUN!

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
