    Repair cost was almost half of the cost of a new TV which seemed high but I did not price it with other repair shops. He charged $20 just look at it which seemed reasonable. Shop was extremely busy but he got to it in a few days and repaired it as promised. A little hard to get in touch with him due to heavy business demand but finally got through. Russian owner, friendly but to the point, very busy shop. Location by the mall was very heavy traffic.

    We used Codey and he was so professional and sympathetic. He was not pushy at all-I have heard horror stories. He was very kind and helpful. He explained everything very well. He gave advise when asked and listen to our needs and took care of everything during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend Newcomers.

    Brian and his crew were great. They made a wrong turn and arrived 30 minutes late but called to let us know. They worked hard and took great care with both our furniture and the houses on each end. All furniture was properly wrapped in blankets and packed securely in the truck. Very polite and professional. We filled 2/3 of a 24 foot truck and the total move took 4 hours. Cost was $93 per hour for the crew and truck plus one hour for travel. We were so pleased we tipped each worker $40 cash. Will definitely call them again and have already referred to two other friends

    We were having problems with our home phone service provider (Time Werner).  A neighbor highly recommended At&t and said that they have a 'device' that can be used through our cell phone for callers to contact us at home and leave messages.  The sales representative was very knowledgable but did not mention problems with their website and problems with very long wait times and customer service issues over the phone.  The home cellular device seemed to work okay but there were terrible prices for the phones, cases, etc. that could be purchased cheaper elsewhere.  There are also 'severe penalty fees' that are way too high for any business that is supposed to be 'reputable'.  We cancelled service within 72 hours due to website and customer service problems.  At&t and Time Werner did not work together to port back our number.  We spent almost two weeks without any home phone service and we continue to have problems from unprofessional persons.  We do not have a confirmation of how many of these issues are At&t or the current company :((.

    20 Oct 2013:  We finally ended up returning to Time Werner since they do not have a penalty fee for early cancellation.  We paid a lot of money for other people's mistakes but one needs to be an investigator in order to pin anything.  Every company seems to have customer service issues so it is just a matter of Russian Roulette.  I strongly suggest that you read every single review on Agie's List and also look at online reviews.

    Overall the installation went wonderfully. On the date of installation the technician showed up 5 minutes after the 2:30-5:30 time period (but apparently he was helping out another tech). He was there for 2 hours and during that time another technician showed up to assist him with the installation. We had to have a cable outlet installed in one of our upstairs rooms for the Internet hookup. The wire was run on the outside of the house, but it was tucked so neatly under the siding, that you can hardly tell it is there. They even filled the drill hole with silicone so that nothing could get in. Once installation was complete, they took the time to show my husband and I how to work the new DVR system and the phone and Internet (even though they were visibly hot and tired). They never complained once about being there late or having to make the long drive home to Lexington (we're in LaGrange, KY over 90 miles from their home). The service technicians were all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They showed up in the time frame alloted and cleaned up after themselves afterwards. During the installation. Note: While there was no charge for the installation, we did have to provide a deposit when signing up (for the first month's service) and pay the rest of the first month of service upon installation.
