    Maeser Master Services
Tried to get an estimate. Lady on phone kept making one excuse after another on why she couldn't make late afternoon appt. She finally did make appointment and never showed up, never called. Very unprofessional on phone.

The bathroom looks spectacular. It far exceeded my expectations. I really admired their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Most importantly they stand behind their work. In the shower, they installed a tiled corner bench. after a couple months I noticed that there was a small bit of water pooling on the bench after showers. I was nervous that I would have to live with this small flaw as I had not noticed it right away and they had been fully paid. My worries were unfounded as they came here last weekend and completely re-tiled the bench so no water is left standing. You can't ask for more from a contractor. They do beautiful work and then stand behind it.

    J Christopher Construction
Chris and his team were exceptional.  Prior to starting the project, Chris worked closely with us to design the bathroom that we wanted while staying within our budget.  Once work began, Chris' crew was punctual, reliable, professional and enthusiastic.  They are true craftsmen and their attention to detail was second to none.  With my wife and I both working full time, work generally took place with no one home, and we trusted Chris' team implicitly with our house.  I highly recommend J Christopher construction to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom at a reasonable price--you will not be disappointed.

    Skilled Carpentry by Jeremy Smith
The job went very well. We were very pleased with the results of the supports he installed under the house. Our floors and walls are now level! The kitchen looks great with the modification of the wall and the adjustment of the cabinet to accommodate the microwave. Jeremy is very professional and meticulous about his work. He is personable and easy to work with. He leaves the site cleaner than when he arrived. This is the second time Jeremy has done work for us and we look forward to working with him again.

    Vincent Abell Contracting Inc
I was very pleased with the outcome of my project and I LOVE my new pantry.  Brad Abell was very accessible when I called or emailed, and the work was done in a timely manner.  All the sub-contractors' did quality work, and they were concerned about neatness and being respectful to me as the homeowner.  I felt that Abell Contracting was a very reliable company, and I would definitely call them again for another project in my home.

Brent and his crew were very punctual and always stayed in contact if there was any change to his plans. They worked in very unfavorable weather as they had to cut the framing and tile out side in frigid and snowy weather. Brent was always available if I had questions and he always consulted me before doing anything outside of what we first agreed upon. During the remodel process we had difficulty with the supplier of the vanity and had to return 2 before one was shipped that was acceptable. Brent was very patient with us as this held him up from finishing the job as he had planned. During the remodel I had planned to paint and do the vanity install myself but Brent quoted me a price for turn key that was very reasonable. The bathroom looks great and I did not have to lift a finger. I would recommend Brent and have already told him I will be contacting him in the near future for more of his services.

    Creative Tile LLC
I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Creative Tile and specifically Greg the owner.
I met with Greg back in February to get an estimate to do an entire kitchen back splash and remove the old grout from and re-grout a marble master bath shower. He came out at the agreed upon time and we discussed what I wanted for the back splash and for the shower. He gave an estimate that I thought was a reasonable and customary amount.  Based on the "glowing" reviews on Angie's List I thought I had found the right person to do the work.  Never at that time or any time subsequent did he indicate he would only work with specific grout, never.
I explained to Greg that I was waiting on getting a new range and microwave installed and the tile ordered and that would take some time to get in. He didn't seem to have a problem with that since he was very busy. At the same time we ordered Bostik Tru-color premixed grout since we didn't want to have to seal it over and over and the reviews on that grout have been really good, we couldn't even fathom it would be a problem since it's considered quality grout.  We really wanted to use only the best materials. So all we had to do was wait until everything arrived and then we could set a firm date for installation.
I even contacted Greg when I learned our range was back-ordered and told him it would be a couple more weeks.   When the appliances where finally installed and the tile delivered, I called Greg to let him know we were ready to move ahead. We set up a date for April 18th.
Today I just got a call from Greg and he pulls the rug out from under me by telling me he has decided he won't do the job. When asked why, he said he doesn't want to use the Bostik grout because, and I quote, "I just tried using it today on a kitchen floor and it's a pain in the butt".  So now he's just decided he won't do the job, and that's that. I could not believe what was happening. We have done so much to prepare for this and just like that, he decides he's not going to do the work.
What horrible business acumen.  I cannot believe that he has such high ratings on Angie's List. Now I am beginning to believe what I've heard about how some businesses have their family members beef up the ratings. I can assure you that any reputable, professional tile installation company would want to use the best products for their clients. If they don't then you need to find another contractor. I know I am.  We have so much more tile work to do in this house. But I wouldn't use this contractor if it meant I had to have dirt floors instead. He's dishonest, unreliable and completely unprofessional. A huge F for fail goes to Creative Tile.

We had several Problems with our home preventing us from  being able to sell it. We found Ladegast Skilled Trades on Angie's List and had him inspect and then fix all of our existing problems and also make some cosmetic repairs. They did a phenomenal job and we closed on our house this past Friday. We will be hiring Ladegast skilled Trades to do some minor remodeling on our new home and recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality contractor at a great price.

    Jarboe's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
It went super well. The arrangement of the sink drains was different than that of the previous sink so they had to rearrange the plumbing under the sink to accommodate the new drains. They advised me that the fixture I had bought did not have the fixture that allows the dishwasher hose to avoid overrunning so they devised a way to "loop" the new hose to accomplish the same thing. I was impressed when they came into the door because they put on cloth booties so they wouldn't mess up my floors. I hardly new they had installed a new sink and fixture because there was no mess in the kitchen. They then replaced the bathroom shower heads, again with no mess in the bathrooms. I will use them in the future because I found out they are mufti-talented - they do electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling and remodeling. I thought their price was reasonable and was based on the job rather than the number of hours they spent with the job - I like that!!!

    Steve Dean Construction Co
Better than expected. I like how Steve uses common sense advice to recommend and/or educate me about ideas that I have. He isn't just a builder or remodeler that is going to do it because he's getting paid. He wants to do the best job possible and with over 25 years of experience, he has alot of good advice for how best to do things. He provides quality craftsmanship either by performing the work himself or overseeing his sub-contractors very closely.
