  • Dr. June took new x-rays and said I needed a new medication.  She went over my choices and we decided on one.  After that someone in her office took care of ordering the medicine for me.  When I got the medication I came back to the office and was shown how to administer it (an injection).  They were all very helpful.

  • The doc was great, the rest of it wasn't.  It took a month to resolve a prescription issue.  Phone calls went unreturned.  I couldn't get an appointment within 2 months because all the remaining openings were saved for "new patients".  The scheduler said she'd have to get manager approval to give me one of those time slots.  She never called me back.

  • The visit went well. The wait time was pretty short. The nurse that took me back was nice but not overly friendly. She did the vitals before I saw the doctor. She confirmed that it was okay for a student who was following the doctor to see me. I indicated that it was. The student was very nice and asked if I had any questions and was very excited for me and my husband. The doctor was also very good. I knew that this was the appointment where we had to make and quot;the planand quot; since my due date was the following day. They were very good at listening to what I wanted. They knew that I wanted to go natural and not be induced so they worked with me to do everything possible to honor those wishes. I really appreciated their understanding and flexibility to allow me to have a say in my care and when the induction would occur if we got to that point. I was very happy with how they worked with me but also made me aware of what needed to be done for a health mom and healthy baby.

  • I would say the experience is fair/average. I felt rushed whenever I was talking to my doctor. The most uncomfortable experience for me is probably calling in whenever I needed to ask something regarding my pregnancy. They answered my calls, but I felt that they were not very polite about it. I eventually felt that I couldn't call in and so I looked up everything my self. I also felt pressured into some treatments without knowing all the details. Overall, I did not come back. I went to another place.

  • I have been a patient of Dr Ellis for approximately 10 years. When he opted to become a and quot;boutiqueand quot; doctor in order to reduce his patient load, I willingly signed up even though the fee was not covered by insurance. Dr Ellis is probably the most thorough physician I have ever had occasion to visit. He provides a written commentary after each annual checkup that is highly detailed. When I have had to see him because of illness or injury I have always been able to be squeezed in. If you are looking for a Primary Care physician, I highly recommend Dr Robert E. Ellis.

  • I felt very comfortable with Dr. Wilson. She made me feel at ease, and answered all of my questions. I am very happy to have found a Dr. that I feel comfortable with and am looking forward to growing our family. I know she will be a great Dr.!!

  • Dr. Skurow was absolutely terrific. He communicated in great detail what he was seeing, what our options were, and together we decided on the treatment / surgery. He was patient and answered all of my questions and treated my like an intelligent adult and "partner" in the decision. Sinus surgery was also an option, as I've had a severely deviated septum since I was a kid. But we agreed to do just the throat work first and perhaps follow up with sinus surgery in the future. Unfortunately, I've since moved to Louisville so using Dr. Skurow really isn't an option now.

  • If I have to wait for awhile to see him it is usually because he takes that same amount of time with all his patients. Over the 2 years, I think the office staff have improved their scheduling. I think the scheduling and wait period are pretty normal for medical society. Get those appointments first thing in the morning or right after lunch for the shortest wait time.
    The waiting room has added a health television that runs nonstop. I find this annoying. Generally the waiting area is clean but not really comfortable.
    Melissa is one of the regular physician assistants and she is very good. I have only seen her to take care of female exams. Most of the nursing staff are friendly and attentive to their work. Normally, you have to see one of the PAs before seeing the doctor, but it is worth it.
    I see Dr. Jonssen about every three months. He is the most regular in checking me out physically as well as with labs (compared to other doctors who just listened to my list of not-so-obvious symptoms like fatigue).
    The billing office they use is slow on getting information out to the patients and insurance companies. I have had to call many times. I am told this will be changing but have waited for that change for a long time.

  • To make it short PLEASE read the info above and only thing I can add is I was in and out with a proper diagnosis in less than a hour and I was greeted and treated with professionalism the entire time , I have been to other Drs that when I left I did my own diagnosis and all they did was give me a prescription .to get filled .And never showed any care THAT'S WHY I FOUND DR FRENCH !! HE CARES AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING .AND I AM SO GLAD I DID !! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt WELCOMED ~~

  • I was able to schedule a "new patient" appointment within 2 weeks. I found the front desk staff very professional and the scheduling very prompt. I waited only a few minutes between the nurse's interview and the doctor's visit. Dr. Copley is pleasant and easy to talk with and instills a sense of confidence in his ability. I believe I have found a good doctor for my family.
