Rick is hands on and at the job site overseeing his team, actively managing his subcontractors while they are on site and doing actual work himself. Very professional! AScott's Home ImprovementsDavid did a great job managing our master bedroom renovation which included adding a new wall and door, replacing floor, updating brick tile on fireplace facade, and custom built in cabinets in the attached closer/laundry. David also replaced our deck, detailed a shower, and installed vented ceiling fans in two bathrooms. He did a lot of work and even when the project kept growing he would just update the quote and keep going. We are very happy with the final product and I know the work was done correctly without cutting any corners. We are already talking to David again about our next project. AHighland Basement WaterproofingI had some wet carpet in my basement that we were 99% sure was a crack in the concrete wall. I wanted to find a company that would not only repair the crack, but take down the drywall and find it as well (not something I felt up to doing myself). They were great, and they'll do that for a very reasonable extra fee. Was able to get on the schedule and they called the day of to confirm the time. APaul Davis Restoration of Louisville KYI had a flood in my home on XMAS Eve, two hours after our moving company left, a faucet in our master bathroom failed. Paul Davis was out within three hours and began mitigating the water damage. Because of them I was able to save the walls in my kitchen and the ceiling. They are helping me restore the cabinetry back to original condition and install a new floor in the basement. They are always responsive and very polite and courteous. Jeanette has been with us every step of the way and would always give us a heads up when she needed to come by, very sweet lady, and very good at what she does and extremely hard worker, felt like she was here 7 days a week checking on the house and adjusting dehumidifiers and fans to get maximum results. We had 3 estimates from 3 contractors, Robbie Hornback Design was 40% less, while using quality material. In addition, he honored my husband by giving us a military discount. Robbie was professional, detail oriented and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to use our budget most effectively. Robbie insured all work with a warranty. In addition, he worked very close with our city Building Commissioner to insure all work was approved and passed inspection. When he started our project, his brother Mike was part of the team. However, Mike became ill and was not able to contiune with our project. However, Robbie immediately found a replacement. Robbie's new worker was Kahlier and Kahlier did a outstanding job and worked very hard with Robbie to complete our project. Words can'nt express how much we appreciate Robbie, Mike and Kahlier. We're happy our project is complete but we already miss them so much. They have become part of our family and are always welcome to stop by our house anytime. Oh forgot to mention, they mopped, sweep, sowed grass seed and so much more. They were simply awesome!!!!!!- BRENDA B.

AMissi ConstructionBased on a recommendation I received, I contracted with Missi Construction/Rick Missi to complete a kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, and new bathroom addition. Missi Construction did a wonderful job on the project and I am very pleased! Rick does excellent work and was always very patient with me as I agonized over the many decisions involved in a home improvement project. AJoshua was incredible! He did a perfect job and did it quickly! With Covid being a worry, I asked him to do the work in my garage which is not heated. I felt terrible about that but he was very agreeable and polite. I could not have asked for a better person to do the job. I would definitely hire him again. He gets a A+ from me!

ALoved, loved, loved using this company. I just had my roof done about a week ago and I could not be happier. Rebecca's customer service is absolutely awesome. She responded immediately and was so helpful with the entire process and alleviated so many worries and concerns I had. Tommy was excellent at explaining everything and went above and beyond answering my questions. The crew that did the roof was fast and efficient. From estimate to completion was only about a week. Going into buying a roof for the first time was such an overwhelming task, but they made the experience amazing and so easy. Would highly recommend and use again.
