We offer all aspects of dentistry from white fillings to complex crown and bridge work (full mouth reconstruction) to simple and complex implant placement and restoration. We also offer all forms of sedation for the fearful patient, ranging from laughing gas (nitrous oxide), child/pediatric sedation, light sedation, conscious sedation and even IV sedation. There is no task too small or large.

Dthe staff was excellent in making me comfortable, i got my exam, then went to talk with "Kelly" about my options, they only gave me one option with the same option as cash and a percentage savings for cash paid..I later called and spoke with Kelly about giving me a figure for just having a bridge done in order to cut the cost down somewhat,... she said no problem and was gonna email me that new figure... I have still yet to receive this email, i have called and left messages for her to return my call and have yet to hear from her, i have emailed the office and yet no response there either... Kelly had also told me that the anesthesiologist would be contacting me as well to set up a future date to have this procedure done, my guess is that since i have not heard from them she never did her job of forwarding my info to them to get this going... this office was highly recommended to me, However, i will NOT recommend them to anyone that needs work done that requires alot of time... evidently they dont have time for us with no insurance and paying cash clients....

FI just moved to Louisville from Nashville and was due for a cleaning. I had looked up reviews to find a new dentist and Arts & Crafts dental seemed to have good reviews. I called to make an appointment and the woman wasn’t very nice. I asked her if she needed my Delta Dental information ahead of time and she stated “no, just bring it with you.” So, the day of my appointment I fill out all of my information and hand it to her and she kept saying it was wrong and that I needed my Delta Dental card? It’s in my dad’s name, and if you have delta dental insurance, you know that they only give one card and that goes to the policy holder. However, I have a picture of his card on my phone which I use when I have an appointment and it has never been a problem before. She seemed frustrated with me but I was giving her all the information i had. She then told me to just go on into my cleaning and she would figure it out later. So they took x-rays and cleaned my teeth and asked if I had any questions. I have a crown that I got 20 years ago and asked about getting a permanent one since I got this one when I was 6. The dentist was nice and she told me the lady at the front would get me an estimate on if I want to get the crown replaced. So after my appointment, I go to check out and she was being very rude. She said my dad gave me the wrong information and that I need to call delta dental? So I googled their phone number because I didn’t know what else to do. Then she said “just leave I’ll have to figure it out on my own. You’re free to go!!!” So I left, very confused.. I’ve never had a problem with insurance before and was hoping she could finish doing her job the correct way. I left with no answers about replacing my crown and no answers on if she could figure out how to input my insurance. 4 weeks later, I get a bill!? So we call about it and she was probably the most unnecessarily mean old woman I have ever heard in my life. She said “I should know better and I should know that I had x-rays taken this year already!!” I move around frequently so I’m a new patient at many dental clinics and I have never had issues or been charged for anything without even being notified. Most receptionist know to check and see what the patient has had done prior and notify the client before proceeding with an unnecessary procedure. She acted as if I was an idiot and stated it is not her job to check and see if I had had x rays before??? I think she was just trying to cover up the fact that she couldn’t properly look up Delta Dental of Kentucky in the first place. I didn’t ask for x-rays. I went to get my teeth cleaned. I left with an unnecessary bill and was spoken to like I was not worth her time. I DO NOT recommend Arts & Crafts dental. Extremely rude and unprofessional to new clients. Which is a shame because I love the highlands.

FI was also criticized because I did not like that his dog came up to me while I was being treated and I asked for him to be removed. This man is very unprofessional and is an embarrassment to the dental profession. I used my last dentist for 30 years and felt very comfortable asking questions and speaking up. Dr. Kirk will not tolerate any questioning of his expertise without claiming that you are negative and not a good fit for his practice.

ADavis Dental CenterIt went well. They took me in an emergency. I got an appointment and fix in about 2 days. Root canal and seal, then repair to missing part of tooth via 3d process. Now they are in charge of everything else and we have a plan to move forward. I am happy I can eat again. The staff and Dr Rachel have treated me well. It's also unusual and a pleasant change to have an office fully staffed with women. Also realize that when appointments to repair teeth thru 3D modeling process are involved, these are around 3 hours long. There is a wait (for the created tooth) and final shaping involved. It's a tolerable process and the results are immediate! Price is reasonable for services. --- Please note that in the beginning it is harder to get appointments. I was lucky they had room for the emergency. Now I am a regular patient.- Sharon D.

AHamilton, Dr. Cheryl LBased on other Angie's reviews I set an appt. Receptionist very friendly on phone. Dr Hamilton and staff friendly on my arrival. Oral & cancer exam very thorough , Doctor kept me informed of all tests procedures and what she was seeing. Appointment for cleaning was set the following week. I am a total wreck when i am in a dentist chair and many of the procedures scare and bother me, especially cleanings. The dental tech put me at ease,was friendly, and talked to me to help calm my fears. She took her time and was very thorough. Easily the best dental experience I have had.- Marijo or Jak R.

AHamilton, Dr. Cheryl LThey had been going to the same pediatric dentist since they were little. I was satisfied with the dentist I had been seeing for years, but my wife switched almost immediately after meeting Dr. Hamilton. When my next appointment came around my wife told me how much she liked Dr. Hamilton and that I should meet her. I agreed and like most things in my 20+ years of marriage, she was right. Dr. Hamilton went back to dental school to become a dentist after being a hygenist for over 20 years. Her attention to her patient's oral health is superb. While my other dentist was good, he was an "in and out" kind of dentist, meaning I spent maybe 5 minutes with him every 6 months. The majority of the time I was being tended to by the hygenists. Dr. Hamilton is very hands on with her patients and spends as much time with them as is needed. I am quite happy I made the switch and highly recommend her to anyone considering a new dentist.- Scott F.

AHamilton, Dr. Cheryl LI feel that Dr. Hamilton is an outstanding dentist. Her staff bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and have all the information you need. Dr. Hamilton takes the time to discuss different treatment options and the pros and cons of each treatment plan. You then work together on the best plan for you. Her office staff then works with your insurance company to let you know what your costs will be before you start the treatment plan. Cheryl and her whole staff really make you feel like they are happy you are their patient. This is a very nice change from my pervious dentist.- Michael G.
