Most of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Some staff could use more training and more staffing is needed in some offices. The doctors have all been professional with excellent communication skills. I will be having ongoing treatment and feel comfortable under their care.

    Dr. Theon WIlder
I drive 60 miles in order to keep seeing Dr. Wilder. There is no way I will give that doctor up. He is very kind, soft spoken, and is gentle with you when he does exams. He pays attention to what you have to say. He doesn't rush you. He will answer all your questions and he has helped try to figure out what is wrong with my back.

Went great! Wait time is not long at all. Staff is friendly and professional as well a effecient. Dr. Zimmerman is also professional and friendly. I felt he genuinely wanted to know what is going on and listens to me when I say I hurt. He wants his patients to be well and healthy. I love his sense of humor and the way he makes me feel at ease. He had a big hand in helping me to get some much needed therapy after an Acheilles tendon surgery. That therapist he referred me to and the night splint he provided also has helped the plantar fasciitis.more than you can imagine. I feel he is an excellent podiatrist and definitely would recommend him to anyone with foot problems.

    Ramona Coffie, M.D.
It went great. She suggested adjustments to my pain medication to reduce the side effects as well as prescribed something to help with the problems I was having. She has an excellent bedside manner and really cares about her patients and their level of comfort. She's been a great help for me where it concerns my disability.

    Debra Wilder MD
She explained everything in detail and was very understandable. She asked if I understood what she was talking about and if I had any questions before she started working on my toe. I was very comfortable with her and she put me at ease. I feel comfortable sending any of my family members to her. She seems very knowledgeable.

Wait was not overly long in waiting room. Removal of cast was fast and painless, as was x-ray. Rarely is the wait more than 5 minutes after you get back to an exam room before either the nurse or Dr. Ball appears. After beginning to remove the stitches, the nurse told me they had scabbed over and she may have to wiggle and tug a bit to get them, and that if it hurt, just to let her know and she would spray some numbing spray on them. The stitches were quite resistant to coming out, so she had to use the spay, which numbed them instantly. When the stitches were out, Dr. Ball came in and told me the x-rays showed that the bone was healing very well and that I could now use the air cast and walker instead of a wheel chair. That was such a relief! Each person that I have had contact with at the office has been super nice and caring. I have great confidence in Dr. Ball and the staff and will continue my follow-ups as long as doctor says I should. I am still not permitted to swim or do much exercise like I want to. Dr. Ball says healing is the main focus at this time. We want to make sure I heal good and thoroughly before putting any stress on that bone. We also are keeping an eye on the outside tendon, which may be torn, as it hurts at times more than the surgery site. Heal the bone first, so that it doesn't break again, then we will worry about the tendon or any other problem that may crop up. I find that I look forward to my appointments because I know Dr. Ball cares and wants me to heal correctly. That means a lot.

    Hankla, Dr. Donna
As I said before the waiting is the bad part of having Donna to take care of my medical needs but she is worth the wait. I would highly recommend her.

It went very well, we made an appointment with Alyssa Hunter she is very polite professional, good bed side manner and seems to be knowledgeable the whole family goes to see her. I have never had any problems when I have called for appointments, refills are quick, Dr. Hunter's nurse is wonderful. All the staff members we have dealt with have been very friendly. That ranges from x-rays to lab work. No complaints
