    Watkins, Dr. Shannon
Very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. The only problem is that you always have to wait & sometimes it takes up to an hour to be seen.

    Cowan, Dr. John D.
Besides Dr. Cowan's expertise, his group of nurses are the finest I have ever experienced. As the doctor does his things he explains to them what he is doing and why. EXCELLENCE.

    Smith, Dr. Clifton
I had a great experience here. I didn't have to spend long in the waiting room. They spent time to answer all my questions and to explain step by step what they were doing and what to expect.

    Baker, Dr. Brian L.
Overall Dr. Bakers treatment removes the BCC's and his personal manner gives me confidence in his services. I now see him every 6 months and will continue to do so.

    Vessels, Dr Cassey
I had her look at the places I wanted to address and with the exception on one spot on my face she said none were cancer suspect. She did take a biopsy from a spot on my face which was not totally unpleasant. She did give me the option to go home and think about it but the drive is so far and skin doctors are hard to find so I agreed to have it done then. I received a call in 3 days saying it was not cancer. She does want to see me on a regular basis because of my family history with skin cancers. The office staff was very friendly and cheery.

    Hall, Dr. Ronald D
I suffer from eczema and as an adult this can be very unfortunate. Dr. Hall's staff was quick to fit me into their office after I moved here and were very kind! I felt that I waited for a really long time and the prescription provided to me was without refills, and since it's a skin cream / lotion, I need a lot of refills! I went back to Dr. Hall in the fall for a burn and they were very accomodating then, as well. The nurses are gentle and Dr. Hall tries to make an appearance at every appointment.

I loved his bedside manner. He was able to put me at ease right away, and was professional while being humorous about my situation. I would definitely return to be in his care.

This was an acceptable appointment from start to finish. I explained in the previous part how well the appointment went. The office is well organized. It's a very well ran office.

    Outland, Dr. James D.
I had several moles on my back that my fiance feared might be abnormal. It was very easy to make an appointment. His staff was very patient and kind, even when I had to call and reschedule several times in one day due to my akward college schedule. I have nothing but great things to say about his skill and knowledge. There seemed to be no guess work involved with my diagnosis, as I ended up having pre-melanoma in two places on my back. His process was very systematic, efficient, and graceful. I was in and out in no time both times I came in. The first time to biopsy and the second to remove the trouble areas. Communication between me and his nurses ended up being a little confusing at times, but they were all very knowledgable and able to answer most of my questions right over the phone, especially as I cared for my wound after the surgery. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes when he first took a look at my back and did the biopsies. It took him longer for me to wait my turn that it took him to pick out and sample the areas he was concerned with. The second surgery only took 20 minutes (a little longer than he anticipated). I ended up with several more stitches than he initially expected, and my scar ended up being a little nastier than either of us expected. I'm not entirely sure if it was an error on his part or not, but I would bet he realized he needed to do a little more work after he got started. I never asked, so we didn't talk about it when I came in for him to check on and remove the stitches. His nurses were excellent, and thanks to the tips they gave me, I have been able to get my scar to heal well, so it doesn't look near as bad as it could have. I won't be out in the sun without protection anymore, that's for sure.
