    Etherton Chriopractic
They get really busy sometimes and the hours could be better. However, this is the best chiropractor in town.

The doctor was very nice and answers any questions you may have. The office lady very nice and helpful. Didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. Helped my husband with his back problem.

Walked in without an appointment and the staff was very friendly. Got in right away to see the Doctor. We spoke and he adjusted me. Felt great, I have had no issues since. I would highly recommend them.

    Roberts, Dr. Ray
I injured my back - lifting incorrectly while turning - and was bearly able to walk or move. I waited a day to see if it might improve with rest, but since it didn't, I called Dr. Roberts to schedule an appointment. I was able to see him that very morning. Both he and his staff were very friendly and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem (my fifth lumbar had "shifted significantly to the right", as he informed me), and then just as quickly was able to put my lower back back in its correct position. He left me with some advice about using cold packs and doing some specific stretching exercises, and my back now is as good as ever!

I started seeing Dr. Gratkowski this past fall. I have a bad shoulder and I get pinched nerves in my back and neck that cause migraines. I went to Dr. Gratkowski when I was in a lot of pain. I had already taken medicine for the headache and shoulder pain but it wasn't working and my collar bone on the right side was out of place (you could see it in the mirror the difference between the left and right). I walked into Dr. Gratkowski's office (first time) and even though her schedule was full, she knew I was in pain and treated me within 30-45 minutes. I had to fill out paper work, get x-rays, and then she went over the x-rays with me, and then treated me. I now go to her once a month for and quot;up keepand quot; and I have noticed a big difference in my migraine frequency. I can tell when my neck is out and my nerves are pinched. Her staff is very pleasant and Dr. Gratkowski is very nice, kind, and caring. I would recommend her services to anyone.

I have gone to this clinic for the past couple of months and they have been great. They are gentle and take a different approach to treatment that does not just involve cracking my back. They are easy to schedule with and the staff is very nice.

It never really helped me much. I have a chronic pain in my hips that nobody could do anything with. I went for a while and then you have to continue to keep going. I just gave up going, but that was my personal preference. He has a different kind of machine that he uses that doesn't snap. He doesn't do the bone cracking and I liked that. He does his adjustments with a little machine, but his way of doing it was much better. As far as general adjustments, he would be the one I would go to. I saw him in the beginning to the middle of 2009 and then my husband got real sick so I was busy with that. Some of his treatment helped and some of it didn't, but he tried everything. I would use him in the future.

    Harrison, Dr. Steven M.
He is good.  The only reason why I stopped going is my husband works at the college and I have access to a chiropractor for free as he teaches the students there and doesn't get paid.  I explained it to Dr. Harrison and he understands.  Dr.Harrison would work on me till I got straightened out as I have fybromyalgia.  Eventually, he got me fixed.  Dr. Harrison is excellent and great.  I did what he told me although I didn't always agree.  I will use them again if I lose contact with the college.  He and his staff get all high ratings.

It was very helpful. There is not much wait time at all. And he can get you in right away if you are having a problem. He usually uses a tens type treatment along with heat, and then ultrasonic if needed. Then an adjustment. I always feel better when I leave compared to when I first walked in.

    Roberts, Dr. Ray
I have gone to this doctor ever since I moved here 16 years ago. I raised seven kids using him as my only doctor. (Our medical doctor doesn't recognize us; we went there so seldom.) I use him as my general practitioner. My arm quit hurting immediately after manipulation. I also got some instruction about how to care for it myself. When there are other chiropractors working in the same office, I have not been disappointed with them. Sometimes I go in there and say, and quot;Today I do not want my back cracked; I want you to pray a blessing on my daughter.and quot; And he has some prayers memorized and ready for that kind of thing. He was a pastor at a church before. One time I went and said, and quot;Do you know a natural remedy for kidney stones? Here is my xray, urine test, and blood test from the ER showing evidence of my painful kidney stone. I only want you to advise me on this.and quot; He knew the easy remedy! I am so grateful. After I had had a week of pain pills and no cure from and quot;regularand quot; doctors, Dr Ray's easy remedy worked in only four hours! He has so many resources, like hair analysis, special pillows for sale, herbs, pamphlets on many different ailments. He likes to educate us, but he considers himself only the coach, and we are our own doctor. He trusts our opinions. One must ask good questions. It works best for me to have all my questions written down ahead of time, and I just hand him the paper. If I am not quick with my questions, he thinks I'm done and he's off to the next room to help someone else. If I keep up the conversation, he's patient to listen, even to family-counseling kind of questions. He's quite likely to give a joke back if I start crying, to try to cheer me up. He's not arrogant like some doctors. If I do not want to do a certain procedure, he doesn't care. I keep hearing that and quot;everyoneand quot; goes to him. It's amazing that he's often available if I walk in. I often am only charged $25/visit. Because he went to school for 8 years, he knows as much about the body as any doctor. One can ask him any questions. He will be honest if he does not know the answer. The walls of his rooms are covered with educational posters, so one can study the body while waiting. One poster says that you are your own doctor and he is your coach.
