They are fast.  They do a good job.  They are fair priced.  I buy a booklet and I get a deal for six washes at the price of five washes.  I would recommend the booklet; it is a good deal.

I had used Ernie's in the past on two of my cars. Just bought a new Ford F150 last fall. First oil change was included by the dealer--so at 8,000 miles it was ready for second oil change. I called Ernie's on 6/12 and made an appointment for the time they suggested at 2 PM the next day. I made sure to tell the lady that it was a new truck (2011 Ford F150 with the Ecoboost 6 cylinder engine). Although I had a coupon from thier flyer for $24.95 I made sure to tell her that the truck only had 8,000 miles and would not need the included tire rotation from the coupon.I arrived promptly at the scheduled time (actually about 10 minutes early). Good thing as another customer was engaged with the receptionist and I had to wait until 2;00 to talk to her. I checked in and--as discussed yesterday on the phone--reminded her that I'd wait for the car as I didn't have a ride. After about 10 minutes, they took my truck into a bay. I sat and read on the couch, answered email on my smart phone, etc. for the next hour and a half. I then started getting a little irritated because I could see thru the window there was no activity going on with my truck. I asked and was assured it would be just a "few more minutes". At 4 PM--that's right--4 PM--after I'd been there for 2 hours (for an oil change) I was told the truck was ready. When I went to pay I was shocked that the bill was over $45 rather than the $24 special I expected. When I protested, I was told that Ford REQUIRES the use of full synthetic oil in the Ecoboost engine. (I found that puzzling, as the dealer had advised and used a sythetic BLEND on my first oil change). They also said it took so long because they had to order and have delivered the proper oil filter.I happened to have two $20 certificates which I had received from their loyalty club (had planned on bringing in the other car to use the other $20 certificate) that they let me use--so money wasn't the issue. The issue (at that time) was the amount of time it took when I had (1) made an appointment and (2) told them what kind of car, etc. The absolute clincher was when I got in my car. The mechanic who moved it must have been laying on the ground in dirt/grease--as the fabric seat was filthy. I took it to a commercial car wash this morning and had upholstery cleaned. (It all came out--probably because I had Scotch Guarded the interior myself when it was brand new.

I just burned up and heavily disappointed.  As said earlier, I used Ernie's in the past (had over $600 in work done on my 99 Honda just 6 months ago and happy with that)--but this was a major bummer.
