    I think Kevin is sometimes not responsive to some people but he has taken care of my issues pretty timely, within a few days. He has done everything I have asked him to. Price wise he has not been very consistent with his pricing to me. I know it would have been cheaper if I had taken it to a dealership. But I never had to take things back.

    The whole experience was really great. I met a salesperson. I think his name was Austin. I had a one on one appointment with him where he showed me the different tables and I chose the one I liked and the color of felt I liked. Austin gave me a ball kit and some accessories that were really nice to accompany my purchase. I asked the table be delivered 2 days after my purchase. They were on time and did an excellent job setting the table up. I highly recommend!

    Great- I drop off the equipment, tell them what's wrong, they give me a ticket, they call when it's fixed, I go pick it up and they help me load if need be and show me what the issue was, and also start the equipment to make sure everything is working properly before I go home. Can't complain- service is as it should be. Professional and polite

    He fixed absolutely nothing, as a matter a fact he even disconnected the oil reserve thinking that was the problem, so then I had to mix my own fuel. To this day I am even convinced that he even worked on it.

    should really re check there priceing way to high and stop trying to rip of the local community. cost 10dollars a night to park which is normal even for a car but 600 for a couple moths is retarded. not parking garage charges that.

    the seals leaked, so we brought it back - this happened 5 more times - finally he contacted Nissan and they agreed to replace the entire axil with a brand new one on the 6th return visit. Seemed to be find - 1 month later checked the fluid and it was empty, we brought the truck back - his assistant told us thsty the owner had ordered a part - 2 weeks later the part still has not arrived - and he never called us, - we spoke to his mechanics again who said he had given the owner all 3 messages we left and he never returned our call. We could not reach him, his answering machine was not set up. We had the mechanic re- fill the fluid again and removed out truck. at this point now we do not trust him. We are out the $647.50 and it still leaks. He was our mechanic for 6 years and supposedly the bearings were a life time warranty - not anymore - don't know what happened to him - he use to be good - not anymore. would not recommend him now.

    The worst customer service by both the dealer and the manufacturer I have ever seen and I run a customer service company for a living.  Extremely unprofessional.  Run do not walk to another dealer and boat manufacturer.
