    VERIZON WIRELESS
We have got the whole package at it's about $ 230 a month. They have been good reliable servers and have got good services. They have treated us really well and we are long time customers with them. I would use them again in the future; I don't plan on giving them up.

    DUO COUNTY TELEPHONE COOP CORP
The representative I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I like that they were so friendly and not the usual bored and disinterested tone of voice people that you usually get on the phone.

    AT&T
They are friendly. I have gone in there and had to wait because they were extremely busy. I did go in once to ask a simple question and the sales person couldn't help and even the manager couldn't help. I had to call the main office to get help. The customer service was average. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. I eventually got to a live agent.

    VERIZON WIRELESS
They have the best coverage that I can find for the area that I live that's why I use them. I've been with them for eight or ten years.  At this point, I probably would recommend them because they have the best coverage for my area that I found anyway. I think the price is outrageous.

    AT& T
I am in sales too, and this is more about ATand T than the general staff or the store...but honestly, when there is an upsell (meaning you buy into more expensive services) ATand T should not charge more!!! There is a $36 per phone (and IPAD) when you upgrade your services to add DATA... did you know that? I am a Travel Agent, and if someone books an oceanview room over a standard room - which is called an upsale in sales lingo... I do not penalize them by charging them an addidional $36 fee! This should be illegal to do! Now a downsale (where someone had booked an oceanview room and changes it to a standard room) I can see charging a fee, as this means less money is being paid than the original booking...why is this not the way cell phone operators work? I can see if I had a certain cell plan and decided to go with a cheaper plan (which would be considered a downsale) ATand T Charging the fee. WTH???????

I paid them $100 to upgrade my service and they stabbed me in the back. The CSR told me that any time you pay a down payment, it's like throwing your money away - it's company policy not to give it back. They told me they would charge me $19.99 per month, then they turned around and said they'd charge me $399 which could go up to $1500. They said that because I didn't have internet service in my home, I can't get cell phone service either. In the end, I didn't get anything!

    VERIZON
I live almost 50 miles away from the closest Verizon corporate store (the one on Shelbyville Rd) and have the busiest schedule I have ever had in my life, so I was not happy about having to drive there to exchange the phone, but I wanted to get it over with, so I sacrificed a rare free afternoon with my kids (out of school for election day) to go to this store. After my work appointments I headed for the store and called ahead, at 1:05PM to ask the manager to see me personally because I was "ready to go to a new provider" and needed to talk to someone with the authority to fix the problems once and for all and "make me happy". I know it sounds bad but I was not upset at all at that moment and was just being matter of fact, it was certainly not personal. I was nicely letting him know that, while he was not at fault for the problems I had had with tech support and the defective phone, he, as a manager, had the power to make it better and save our three accounts (my phone, my husband's and my daughter's). He said that, unfortunately, he was on his way out to catch a plane to Chicago but that he would tell Zac, a manager trainee, to resolve my problem and that he would be able to do make things right, because he would be acting as manager. He also said he would even tell the greeter at the door that I was coming, so that he would have me see Zac ?right away?. I arrived at the store less than 10 minutes later and informed the young man at the door that I was supposed to see Zac and that he should be expecting me. I waited MORE THAN AN HOUR and by then I had had plenty of time to get very upset. Because I am an opera singer and I normally speak loudly, when I am upset I make a concerted effort to keep my voice down, because I am not interested in making a scene and I know nothing productive comes out of that. So when Zac finally came to speak to me at 2:15PM I spoke with him in a low voice and calmly. He did not apologize for my hour long wait and just asked what I needed. I told him that I had called ahead of time and that Ryan said he would tell him I was coming in to talk with him, and that he would see me ?right away? and that I was very frustrated that instead I was made to wait an hour. He told me, in a very patronizing tone, that he was already with a customer when I came in and that there was another man before me (he had already answered his question before talking to me). I told him that if he was left in charge by the manager, he should have left another sales person in charge of finishing the sale so that he could take care of the issue that only a manager could cover. He then repeated that he had to take care of the customer he was working with first because they have to see the customers in order, and repeated the part about going in order as if I did not understand the concept of waiting for a turn, he was very disrespectful. I wanted to explain to him that if he was left in charge by the manager, he was in fact playing the part of the manager and he needed to think like a manager, not to mention the fact that Ryan had told me that he would see me ?right away?. But as soon as I started to say ?If you are playing the manager? he interrupted me, raised his voice at me and said ?I am NOT 'playing manager', and if you?re going to stand here and belittle me in front of the entire store I?m going to have to ask you to leave?. So I said ?I will be happy to leave and you just lost three customers?. This experience, along with the many phone calls I have made to customer service and technical support have left me believing that Verizon Wireless seems to have created a corporate culture that allows, and maybe even encourages, treating the customers very nicely when it is a sales situation, but not at all when a problem arises and the customer is already trapped by a two year contract. Zac was obviously trained to be a good salesman (spending over an hour with the woman he was selling a phone to), but has no idea what it means to be a manager when dealing with an unhappy customer. He is very young and I, while I would have hoped that his parents would have taught him to respect his elders, I would not expect him to know how to deal with a problem unless the company, through direct trainer, has taught him how. Verizon Wireless now has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company (makes AT&T look like the poster company for "the customer is always right"), I have heard up to three different explanations/solutions for the same problem from different representatives, and I am certain that some of their reps have simply lied to me just to finish the call more quickly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIS PARTICULAR STORE!

    CELL SITE
He said to pick it up in a few days. It turned out to be over a week later, he said I could finally come and get it. I didn't even make it home with the phone , it just kept turning off and on. I went back to him and he said that sometimes happens. I told him I wanted my money back because he had broke my phone. Needless to say, I left the store with a broke phone and no refund..
