    They are always so nice! They take the time to do it right. They tell me their recommendation for my unit, and are not pushy about it. I really appreciate that !! I know what's coming up to do and can plan on having it done later on. They have always taken the time to answer all my questions. I like the warranty on work that is done too. Been using them for about 3 years now.

    After some initial confusion, it went well. I guess the office receptionist didn't communicate what the problem was properly, so the first guy came and said he did a routine service and everything was working great (I wasn't present). I had to ask them to come back and actually fix the problem. They got me in touch with the service manager who dispatched someone else really quickly (immediately) who did a good job analyzing and diagnosing the possible problem. This guy (Kevin) was really good - he offered a solution that was much more cost effective than replacing the whole evaporator coil and it worked to keep my system functioning. Overall I was satisfied with Rechtin and would hire them again.

    They put in our second unit, and everything is fine for the house we have. They increased the size, balanced it correctly. It wouldn't heat and cool correctly before. It has never been balanced before.

    Dan, Steve, and Mike arrived promptly at 8am to start removal and installation. They laid cardboard across the floor to protect carpet. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitude. By 4pm, the system was up and running. They explained the operation of the system as well as the new smart thermostat. All old material was removed and entire work area cleaned up as it was when they arrived. Great job and very happy with installation.

    Michael called before he arrived at our appointment and was even 10 minutes early. Seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Wore shoe covers before entering. Explained what service he performed and gave us an assessment of overall condition of the system. Very pleased with the service provided and would definitely use again.

    Very nice young man, very professional, truck clearly marked.
     
    Even though this was the first time I had used this company, Jessie went over and above what he needed to do to fix my problem, checked to see if my unit was still under warranty, made several phone calls and trips to get the part and also to return the defective part. ( and it is not like where he had to drive to get and return the part was around the corner)    I was very impressed and relieved to find such an honest young man.
    I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone who might ask and will be sure to let my neighbors know how pleased I am with Guthier Heating and Cooling,  as they always ask what kind of work I had needed done  when they see a repair truck in front of the house

    Update:  When I purchased the unit I was provided a 1 year labor warranty which I was told would include routine service/inspection visits and that I should get 2 done each year. I called to set up my first and was told the labor warranty only covers issues and repairs. The promise of routine service/inspections wasn't the leading factor in why I selected Reupert, because the other companies I looked at made the same promise, but this is annoying. I know I heard him correctly because I made a note after asking the salesman if he recommended having the first done in the spring.

    The service turned out great.  They were prompt, hardworking, polite and cleaned up after themselves.  They also were very friendly and showed me how everything worked.  We got a few quotes and they had the best price.

    Very good! They sent a commercial installer who did not install residential equipment. He made a significant number of mistakes. My husband was actually there and was watching the whole progress of the job. The man installed a pipe that was supposed to send the exhaust from the furnace outside of the house. The salesman had already told us about the installation process and the installer was doing it completely wrong. My husband had to keep emailing the sales person to ask if the installer had any idea of what he was doing. The salesman would then call the installer and tell him to do it right. However, he still didn't address it the way he should have and he was hesitant. It took them 3 or 4 days longer than they said they would because they kept making mistakes. The air conditioning was leaking onto the path of the furnace and we decided to contact them. They sent somebody out, who concluded that it was not much of a big deal and decided to push it in a little. My husband said that that wasn't going to help with the problem. Of course it didn't fix the problem, the liquid was still leaking down the door. We called them back and they came and kept putting a black insulation on the pipes. The third time we called them, the man came and did what my husband could work by himself and he came up with a solution. We don't know if it works yet because we haven't yet used the air conditioner. When they installed the air conditioning compressor outside, they didn't well the Freon tube tightly enough so after, it was leaking Freon. It was leaking Freon before the installer left the house. My husband saw it and showed it to him but he said it was no problem. The next day, we called in to tell them that it was leaking Freon. He came back and he had to completely evacuate the line so that he could fix it. Eventually, the owner of the company called and apologized because I was so upset. Unfortunately, the next person who came was nasty and didn't have a solution for the air conditioning problem. The owner really tried, he did call and listen to me. But do I think they'll make any changes based on what I told them? No, I do not. They lacked attention to detail and had poor quality. A company that cares about the work they're doing shouldn't be making such obvious mistakes in the quality of the work. I wouldn't recommend them.
