    They are all very friendly and professional. It is clean. There is an aquarium in there. There is a little area for children so I think that is very customer friendly. They are very quick and prompt. Tiffany is very personable. I feel very relaxed with her. You can talk to her about anything. She does address your dental issues and takes care of those professionally.

    My son is afraid of doctors and so Dr. Millay actually went through the process of getting the x-ray on his own teeth to show my son how x-rays work which stood out to me. He is really great with kids even though he is a family dentist. He is not a pediatric specialist, but he is great with kids.

    As stated above, the staff at this dentist office are amazing. Even my older granddaughter said that she would enjoy going back. To me, that speaks volumes as to how well Dr. Schussler runs her practice. I have also been to her, and had work done. Being a person that doesn't numb well, Dr. Schussler made sure that I didn't feel anything. Very casual and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this dental office!

    My first visit, I was greeted almost immediately by a very friendly staff member. She gave me a thorough tour of the office and seated me in an office to complete my paperwork and to discuss any fears I had in regards to a dentist visit. After completing the paperwork, the dental hygienist came up to greet me and took me back to one of the rooms. I had my teeth cleaning and general health assessment on my first visit. After that, I was scheduled for two more appointments for the work I needed done. I found the office staff, the dental assistants and hygienists and the dentists (I met with two) to be very thorough and professional. They are very efficient and had me out in a timely fashion. Overall I have been very impressed with the service I received, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and dentists. I would definitely recommend Edgewood Dental Care to friends.

    I had used them for a couple of years, but I was not impressed with them, and I had a lot of difficulties. Sometimes you couldn't get an appointment, and the other thing was that the partials would deteriorate the teeth that they were attached to, and then I would have to go in and have those teeth pulled. It was a bad mix. They often weren't so cordial. My husband goes there, and he has been there, and he continues to go there, so I think it is an individual thing. I really couldn't get there when I wanted to. The staff was pretty friendly.

    The staff explained the cost to me prior to the service. They are also in network with my dental insurance, which saved me a good deal of money. They filed the claim and I was billed for the difference they calculated prior to the service. The staff during the root canal was also excellent. The assistant was very friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Pohl is also very professional and completed the service in under two hours. During the procedure they found a cavity in the tooth next to the cracked one, which they offered to fill (extra charge, of course), and I went ahead and had them do that. They installed the temporary crown that day, and the permanent crown came in about a week later. I have had no problems with the crown or tooth pain since then. I would return to Dr. Pohl if I have need for additional dental work.

    Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the dental hygienists who cleaned our teeth and the Dr Weisenberger. They also helped us with our dental insurance. We are definitely staying with her for our regular dental care.

    Appointments are settup six months in advance. I didn't receive a call to remind of appointment or get reminder post card. So if you forgot and missed your appointment, the receptionist calls you and complains and is not very friendly. Then they charge you 50 dollars as a penalty. This happened when my wife scheduled an appointment for her and my two daughters. I was charged 150 dollars because we forgot. What's the deal! What a rip.

    I received my bill, in was sent to wrong insurance. After calling they indicated they would fix the problem. I got a nasty notice asking that I pay my bill at once or it would be turned over to collection. Called again. Indicated I was not happy about the nasty note, this shouldn't have happened if they would have fixed the problem. I was told the last person didn't fix it correctly - didn't really need to hear that very unprofessional. Just fix my problem. Assume bill has been fixed as I have not received another bill.
    Another family member went in for a filling repair - bad job on new filling - can't floss as the filling has an overhang. Not likely to return.

    She is terrific. Her office is state of the art and she has an automotive system (check you in). She is very patienct and listens to your issues. She asks all the right questions and she cares about you. They are very efficient of your time. She is great with the followup. Her dental hygienist is very caring and concern with your issues.
