    I had 2 or 3 other things that I had them fix for me throughout the years. They go back even further and I was happy with all of those but the last time I wasn't happy with the repair that was done and that's why I stopped going there after that. I didn't feel like my car was fixed properly so I had to take it somewhere else to get it redone. Their overall professionalism was good all the way until the last time when I called to talk to someone about the work they did perform and they seemed like that wasn't quite too important. They should do a better job of understanding or backing up their work. Overall everything seemed fine and nice and they did what they said they would. It was only a month or so later and I was having a leak that I felt like should have been addressed while they were in there because it was an easily accessible part that they ignored, that they could have easily replaced while they were doing something else. They didn't even make any recommendations about it.

    I took my car there a month ago and there were no charges for the work provided as their .I have another car there now which has a lot of work, but I think the cost is reasonable. There are three or four different things wrong on the ordered car that I am getting refurbished. There is always regular tire rotations, oil changes and brakes work done by them in the past. I inherited a car from my aunt and she used to take it there, so I started to go there. I have been going to them since six months. The thing that stood out for me is true honesty and extremely friendly. They are totally upfront and they are very knowledgeable as well as great customer service. They are also prompt in the work.

    Last year, last summer and late spring, they did some work for me. They completely overhauled my air conditioning unit and apparently, it was a beast of a job. It was like the hardest job that that mechanic had ever done. It took him twelve hours. It was $1,300. It was $200 through then the Dealership for them to do it. They had done good work for my husband before. So, we had them do it, but something he did in this job screwed up my heater and so, I brought it back, and basically in order to do this job, you have to take out the entire dashboard. It is like eleven to twelve hours job. He came in, took out the dashboard, and saw that it was in fact his fault. So this $1,300 job he did the first time, he fixed it for free, but he had to spend another eleven hours on it. So, we love him. He made a mistake the first time, but he fixed it. Basically, whatever he did to fix my air conditioner screwed up the heater. It shut the heater door something like that so when it starting getting colder, my heater would not come on. He redid it entirely. Then, they put in new brakes and they gave it to me for free as an apology. They are like a mom & pop shop and they actually got a good reputation on Angie’s List. He messed up, but he fixed it.

    It his was one of the minor visits, but I have always trusted this vehicle to Urb's. they have been fair in their pricing and have explained things well without making unnecessary repairs. The few times I have had accidents, they have worked well with me to help get the best pricing through creative means, and yet will explain when it is not wise to deviate from manufacture parts and when I can save by buying something cheaper. They have always been very accommodating with providing a loaner car when needed, or have been gratuitous enough to drive me home. I could not ask for better customer service.

    I really like that they not only do oil changes but they look at all sorts of different things. They have pointed out various things that needs to be done with no pressure to buy. They will provide a quote when I request. They are also very thorough with work.

    I have been to Bob Sumerel many times and I absolutely love the service every time. As someone who recently moved to the area, I was concerned about finding a trustworthy mechanic to be honest with me and I know from experience how difficult this can be. I have since been to Bob Sumerel at least 10 times for different issues and have received service above and beyond my expectations. They are wonderful and extremely helpful, but most important, they are honest with me every time - even if that means nothing is wrong with my car and they can't charge me a dime. I have recommended them to many of my friends, and will continue to do so.

    I'm a mechanic and pretty much knew what was wrong but sent my girlfriend to see what they said. They saw her right away, gave her a correct diagnosis, great price and did the work the next day. (I didn't have the tools to do the work). BTW a nearby national muffler chain store with big yellow signs wanted to do a lot of unnecessary work and charge twice as much for the same muffler work. Everybody involved with cars and parts in the CVG airport area does business with Ryan's because they're honest, reliable and affordable.

    They were very friendly.  They kept me informed on the process.  My truck needed to be there overnight, so Bob the owner gladly gave me a ride back home.  They are very nice people.  I will certainly use them again.

    When we picked up the car the following day, it didn't start up on the garage's lot. The battery was again completely discharged. It turns out that the battery was indeed defective, as the AAA tow truck driver had speculated. The $500 part they exchanged had, of course, nothing to do with it. Another $150, and a new battery later, the car works again. It is quite obvious that the garage simply looked how they could charge an inexperienced customer (my wife) the most money, with no regard whatsoever to solving the actual problem. We are planning to replace the Prius next year - but we will definitely buy from a different dealer.

    Very quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery in about 1/2 hour, while I waited in their very comfy waiting room. The service advisor treated me with respect and was very professional and friendly.
