I had a dental checkup there 2 days ago ($123). They changed their name recently and got a new computer system so not even my name and address were in their records. Hmm. The checkup ended with a recommendation for a deep cleaning (scraping and root planing, 4 separate anesthetized sessions, ~$1,000) based on X-ray 'bone loss' and gum pocket measurements, and they identified 5 cavities that needed to be filled ($2,082 work recommended). Having had a strong recommendation from my brother to try the U of Louisville dental school clinic, I found their price for deep cleaning to be a good bit lower ($252 less, based on estimates), and I decided to go there for the work instead. This morning I went to U of L and was told I had NO cavities, and that I did NOT need deep cleaning. They explained several deep gum pockets in the back were probably misidentified by Integrity Dentistry because the gums themselves are rather think and high there, and that X-ray voids around several old fillings were questionable, but told me there were no indications of disease (NO need for the deep cleaning, and NO cavities to be filled). I question the competence of the hygienist, who took the gum measurements, and the dentist, who was a bit too quick to recommend a fairly drastic treatment for what the U of L professionals dismissed as not warranting ANY treatment at all.

We are new to the area and had to find a dentist to replace a spacer that fell out for my 6 year old son.  They were welcoming and the dentist was so nice and comforting to my child  and eased his anxiety.  She talked him through what she was doing and very patient with him. We have since been back since to have another one replaced too and the same welcoming experience.  No wait.  Easy to get an appointment.  We were without insurance at the time and they helped with billings.  Our family will be going back for routine check up's going forward and have become our new dentist.

    Buchanan, Dr. Stephen W.
Pleasantly greeted upon check in. Promptly taken back for teeth cleaning. Minimal wait between completion of cleaning by hygienist and beginning of exam by Dr. Buchanan. Results of exam clearly communicated. Check out and scheduling of follow up appointment smooth.

    Duley, Dr. Bill
I have been using him since my first teeth popped in. He is great. We are on a first name basis. He is also my friend. There is a comfort level there. He was a couple of doors away when I was little. I could knock on his door and say "look my tooth is loose."

    Booker, Dr. Wes
You won't find a better dentist than Dr. Booker. His "bedside manner" is impeccable and his staff are professional. He saved my teeth from a few years of "wear" and I am very grateful. His state of the art (literally) office is unbeatable in the Owensboro, KY area. I would refer anyone to him as I am the son of a physician myself who chose him for me.

    Danville Family Dentistry
The last visit went extremely well. I ended up needing to have a tooth pulled and they referred me to an oral surgeon who got the job done. Going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but the folks at Danville Family take really good care of my whole family. I have confidence that they know what they are doing and this is the only dentist I have used in the last 15 years.

    Hewlett, Dr. Mark E.
Everything to date has gone extremely well. For the amount of work that had to be done, I felt only minor discomfort--and I am a big coward when it comes to dental work. Dr. Hewlett worked closely with the oral surgeon and I am very pleased with the outcome. Still having to make some minor adjustments, but that is normal, and Dr. Hewlett and his staff have been very kind and patient with me.
