    Excellent. After the router was installed the serviceman showed me how to connect all my devices to the internet. He then made sure they were operating properly and gave me his business card in case I had any questions or problems. He was extremely professional . So far everything has worked fine and we have much faster internet speed..

    Initially I contacted TDO about home security camera's. I spoke with Brock who runs TDO's office and he scheduled an appointment at my home. Brock came to my home and took me through all my options regarding security camera system's. I liked that TDO was a privately owned local company.  He left and emailed  me a quote and date to install the project. TDO Home Entertainment showed up to my home 15 min. prior to the time they had told me. They were extremely polite and went over what they intended to install. TDO installed 4 IR dome camera's and DVR for recording. The brand TDO sells is Bolide and it works fantastic!  Installing the system they were so experienced and knowledgeable and made me feel so much better about the choice I had made to have camera's installed!   TDO also installed software on my PC and Iphone so I can view the camera's when I'm not at home. I had told one of TDO's technicians that the surround sound system in my master bedroom wasn't working and he fixed that for me for no additional charge. I highly recommend TDO Home Entertainment for not only camera's but anything electronic related! They are the best company I've used for in home sale's and service!

    After the service started we requested an addition jack be installed in our home. It was installed and we were happy, until we went around to the back of the house and saw that the cable out in the yard. We called Time Warner several times before they sent some one out to resolve this problem. It was resolved and we have been happy with our service since then.

    I use them few hours a day. It’s television, internet and telephone service and I spent $ 126 a month on it. They have been good service and we are prompt with their people when they send them to install. They have been more than co-operative on billing and payments. Overall, not a bad service. They have been very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

    Came immediately, within the hour! Both gentlemen were very polite and very knowledgable. They both went above and beyond in service. They made sure my husband and myself understood how to set up the satellite when we are on the road. We have had multiple dealings with this company and they are very honest and will always give you their best!

    Not too bad, they are pretty good. We had some problems initially. They came out and diagnosed the problem we had for years and took care of it right away. Their price is just the same like the rest of them. We even tried satellite but we couldn't get a better deal anywhere we went. They have good quality service.

    Where do I start? Time Warner is a mixed bag for me. They have some very nice services which I and my family truly enjoy. Ultimately, however, we've had many negative experiences. The price for all of our services isn't unreasonable, either. We decided to transfer existing service to a new home when we moved. It eventually turned into a nightmare. We were without internet, phone, and cable for nearly 2 months. I called on a daily basis, usually more than once and always got the run-around from customer service. Several times, technicians were sent to our home. These techs were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Eventually, we were able to clear up things but the impression that was left was such a negative one. Interestingly enough, upper management was a dream to work with. After finally getting in contact with them, they were able to fix everything. A regional manager even visited our home and they gave us around 2 months of service for free. If they could fix their customer service issues, this company wouldn't be all that bad! The way upper management responded to us is the only reason I've opted to give them a and quot;Band quot;.

    It is a love-hate thing. I like them sometimes and other times, I hate them. The service is poor sometimes and sometimes, it is okay. I would have to go down to a B or C on them, probably.  I had to call them the last time because lightning struck our TV and burned it. It struck our cable box. My husband goes and takes the cable box back. They gave him another one. He brought it home, hooked it up on another TV that was all set up for this cable box, and it did not work. So, he had to go back again. We have had some problems with cable in the past. Their processes are a little outrageous I think for what we get. Right now, we pay $37. They jacked us up to $160 and my husband got on there and told them that we were on a fixed income because he just retired last year. He told them that we could not do that. So, they did drop it back to $137 which they all do if you call them and put you on a special for a year.
