I just walked in and told them I needed a tb test done for work. They got right to it I paid a very low price than was seen in less than 15 minutes. I had a follow up in a few days. No additional charges were made and they saw me promptly again. Overall was a very good experience.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The receptionist was SO condescending. Kept talking over me, refusing to listen to any questions, made snarky remarks and raised her voice at me. And then she would remind me that they are the top of the line emergency clinic. Definitely not top of the line when it comes to customer service, compassion, listening to others, or caring for anyone who’s beloved pup is facing a life threatening situation. Front desk is COLD and HEARTLESS. Don't go there. So glad I saw who they were BEFORE I gave them my money!

    Expert Spine Care
I wrote this not trying to destroy a person’s career, it is not my intentions. I do believe Doctor Blythe thought he could help me and tried. How he handled the surgery post-op could have cost me my life. He knew in post-op recovery I had several leaks and I have the bill stating he performed his leak he created. What he should have known not to do was to re-stitch my wound in his office for the spinal leaks which led to an infection. The infection was no a brewing incubator with no way to escape with the exposure in a doctors office filled with germs. I never was given ntibiotics only caffeine pills. I ended up in critical care from the infection with serious complication of organ failure, toxic shock, heart distress and other medical problems etc from a hard to treat infectio.. My husband knew something was seriously wrong, called Dr. Blythe office and explained to the fever, redness, and swelling. His office did not send us to the hospital but told to come into the office. His Admin looked at it and called over Dr. McCords medical assistant who stated that I should go to the ER. My husband and I sat for hours until we finally got to see the ER doctor. Medically we should have not allow one of his Admin in his office who does not have civilian training certifications to medically touch help in treatment, or giving us medical advice. I became unresponsive and fighting to live from this complication. After rehab I came home to fusion, and homecare. Dr Blythe never called me, but had his office a week and a half afterwards to check up on me. If I would have waited I would have died if the hospital did not step in and set everything up. Dr. Blythe had written it on an RX pad with pain medication. I am not sure why he did not understand it was against the law to put a pain med and a an infection fusion on an RX in the first place. I am very grateful to be alive and lucky to have had a great critical care team. Dr. Blythe calls his procedure invasive but clearly far from it when the your cutting and using equipment that has only been used by him one time, me being the second. I will require therapy and aid for the rest of my life, I t I highly recommend to make sure you get all information before you make the decision to have him operate on you.

Although I have invested in good shoes (very good shoes), once they break in, the pain returns. Dr. Pavaluri explained my feet problems, gave me a temporary fix (which did work, but was a little more labor intensive than I wanted), said we could make orthotics help my feet, and did not attempt to sell me anything I didn't need.  After thinking over what he said, I returned to be fitted for orthotics.

    Covenant Family Practice
The appointment went well with the provider. She was on time and was able to give me a follow up appointment to have it removed in the office at a later date. The providers at covenant care are very friendly and always very helpful. I am able to stop in and ask questions with no appointment.

Overall experience was good. Staff was a little on the cold side, but courteous and professional. The same may be said of Dr. Patel.

I like that they have so many specialist and it is all under one roof. If you need something different, it is there. I loved the doctor and my husband, who is so anti-doctor, it is incredible but he really liked her too. We were in and out of there in no time.
