ASkyGuard General ContractingWe hired Will and his team when a tree branch fell on our house and put a hole through our roof... They had to replace the whole roof, some siding, installed new gutters and fixed the hole in the ceiling on the inside. They did an awesome job! Some hiccups along the way, but they were definitely fast to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations! Even went out of their way to help us with other issues we had!! DMichael was not wearing a mask when he came to my door on 11/4/2020. I had my mask on and asked if he could wear his. He immediately did so. He spent enough time at our home to answer all of my questions and seemed to do a thorough job of inspecting our roof. As we were discussing his findings, he unexpectedly removed his mask. During the final several minutes of our conversation, he did not put it back on. My wife and I decided that - regardless of the quality of his proposal - we would not do business with his company, because of Michael's failure to responsibly follow Covid social distancing protocol.

FMitch Moutoux with Mr Roof in Louisville, Ky made initial visit and discussed damage repair, showed some samples, took some measurements of the house then said he would get back to me with an estimate. Two days later on August 7 he emailed me with two prices. I emailed him back and told him I would go with the lower price estimate and I would need a more exact estimate to send to the insurance company. After several calls to Mr Moutoux I have heard nothing from him.

FCalled on Tuesday. Set up time for evaluation and estimate for Wednesday morning at 8:30. At 11:30 I called to see if we were still on. There was babysitting problem, ok, things happen. Set up for that afternoon whenever he was able to make it out. It's been two weeks now and haven't heard a word. Called Paul Davis Restoration and have them working on estimate.
