AJerry A Bryant & Sons PlumbingIt went great! Jerry responded to a late night phone call I made in a panic about water leaking from my water heater. He came over after 10:30PM to help me shut off my water at my very old shut off valve and drain the tank. I was expecting a hefty service fee, but it was very reasonable. After pricing different companies, I ended up going back to Jerry the next day for a replacement water heater and shut off valve. The price I was quoted was more than fair; it was very generous. He and his staff were punctual, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after install. If you’re looking for an high quality experienced plumber who tell you like it is and not try to sell you things you don’t need, definitely give him a call. You won’t regret it.- Bettina P.

AEric's Plumbing Services, LLCFound Eric's Plumbing Srvcs on Angie's List. Contacted at 9:36AM Monday morning to schedule someone to unclog bath tub drain in a rental apartment. Owner, Eric, met me 40 MINUTES later at Apartments. After taking apart the tub plug toggle. The tub drained. He adjusted toggle , re-installed, and told me No Charge, because "he did nothing". He showed up on time, 2 days quicker that my now "former" plumber (who I had used for 5 years) offered. When managing rental properties SERVICE is not "nothing". As a rental manager, he provided the service I like to provide my tenants. I'd rate Eric's 5 STARS on a scale of 1-4 STARs, and I am a notoriously harsh grader. I was so pleased with his SERVICE, that I requested estimates on 2 projects that have lingered due to non-responsiveness of my former plumber.- Lawrence S.

ACecil Plumbing LLCTech did a great job of installing a Water Softener. The Tech piped in cut off valves so I can bypass the Softener if I have a problem with the Softener & not have to shut my water off. I would recommend Advanced Plumbing to everyone.- david c.

FI am extremely disappointed and feel scammed by this company. I had a sewer issue, and since they are well known and somehow (no idea how) have good reviews, I decided to go with them. They came out and put a camera down and said they found a root in the sewer. Great. I had them go ahead and do the repair and paid them FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. We were fine for a couple weeks, then had the same problem again. I called them out and they told me there was another root down the line. It would be TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix it. Called to have them snake the line again, and they refused. I called around to other plumbers. They told me they would have charged us $4,000 to replace the whole line. They also told me they thought the problems we were having were from the work that Tom Drexler did. They also told me they have to go behind and fix a lot of Tom Drexlers work. I called them to have them guarantee their work, and they refused. I paid them FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS, and they don't want to help fix the problem or guarantee their work. I absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! They are supposed to be coming out next week to look at the problem again, after bothering them SO MANY times. So who knows what will come of that. I am hoping they will make the problem right, but don't have much confidence in them at all. Save your money and support a business who will stand behind their work. Hopefully I won't need to contact the BBB.

AMike came out and looked at my old HVAC system. I knew I needed a new unit. I have heard several positive comments about Becht-Givens so I asked for a higher quality Lennox System. I am very satisfied with the Price, installation and maintenance of my new Lennox system- I can really feel the difference- I also had them install UV light that kills virus and stops Mold. AI had received a flyer from Graham which described their philosophy, which I liked. So decided to give them a call. I had water on the floor of a small bathroom that had wet the carpet in an adjoining bedroom. I couldn't identify the source and my house is on a concrete slab with water pipes under the concrete. Sam Graham responded pretty quickly and spent about 45 minutes analyzing the potential sources of the problem and how to fix it. I trailed along with him and he didn't seem annoyed by that-I was impressed with how he analyzed the situation. He finally said he couldn't specifically identify the source but thought it was unusual that water would appear on the surface since pipes are below concrete. He thought the problem was probably under the sink vanity where the pipes come up through the concrete to the sink faucets. He said he could remove the vanity to verify that as the source but, if it wasn't, he would have to search more. Therefore, he suggested going into the wall(s), capping off the copper pipes, replacing with PEX pipes, and rerouting PEX pipes through walls rather than up through the concrete. Because of the layout of the pipes, his men had to cut through the wall of an adjoining closet, jack hammer concrete across the floor, cut into the wall of the adjoining bedroom and route the new pipes to the sink faucet and toilet. Once the new pipes were laid into the jack-hammered trench, the men reconcreted the floor. Since Graham's doesn't to remodeling, I hired a construction company to repair the walls. During that work, they found water damage to the vanity cabinet and removed it to replace it with a new vanity. Under the vanity was standing water, which validated Sam's initial thought that the leak was under the vanity. Graham's repair took care of the issue and I've not had a leak there since.
