ASolar Is FreedomMy husband was very interested in obtaining solar for our house in Louisville. I was very hesitant given the arrangements/permits/pricing that comes along with solar. Shelby helped ease us through the process. The initial call does seem scripted but it it to get to know you, your family and your wants and needs. The presentation was through zoom. Once we committed Shelby took care of our homeowners paperwork, zoning, electric company documents and stayed in contact with us the entire way. The guys who placed the panels and wiring were extremely respectful and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this company and Shelby to anyone who will listen.- Shonna B.

ASolar Is FreedomThe sales team walked us through the process, answered all our questions and made sure we understood the pros and cons of a solar system (and its limits). They checked in with us every week till the installation was done (government permit process gets an F but not their fault). The install team was on time, and went right to work. They answered all our questions and were very friendly. They did not leave till it was all done and tested. They also cleaned up very nicely.- WILLIAM K.

He returned my initial call quickly and arranged for a survey and estimate within 24 hours. He provided two options for the installation and the pros and cons of each so that I could decide which would be the best for me. Installation was efficient and neat, followed by a walk through of the hookup procedure and a test of the system. I plan future electrical work and Matt Williams will be my choice. Once we decided to go with Alpha, they did a really great job of managing expectations. That alone was a surprising and refreshing attribute for any business these days. I was kept informed of all steps in the process to get the work done (scheduling with LG&E, for example). The day of the work, the repairs and replacements were done and the results were exactly what we needed! They even came back out the next day when we noticed an outlet that wasn’t functioning. ACloud Nine Solutions did an excellent job! We had clear communication ever through every step of the process. In running coaxial cable, routing can sometimes be an issue. The technician (Eric) consulted with me on everything. They did a professional job! I am very happy with the results and I would recommend Cloud Nine Solutions to anyone! AThank you to Mark and Denise for helping get our house to closing. My husband and I recently sold our home of 17 years. The inspection found a couple of electrical issues that needed to be corrected. Due to Covid the repairs could not be completed prior to closing. Having know Mark and Denise for over 30 years I knew for certain that I could trust them to allow us to pay for the corrections in full prior to the repairs being completed. How many contractors can you trust to perform the repairs AFTER being paid in full in advance? Not many, but Yates Electric is one of those companies that can be trusted. We paid Yates Electric by check. Mark provided us with a receipt to provide to the buyers. One week after closing Mark made the repairs to the complete satisfaction of the buyers. Yates Electric is honest and trustworthy. They do the job right the first time. I highly recommend Yates Electric.

AI rarely write reviews but this guy deserved it as he went above and beyond! Easy to get in touch with, punctual, very professional yet nice enough to be "the guy next door". Went above and beyond cleaning out the gutter. He also trimmed several limbs/branches that were contributing to the blockage and hauled away the mess. As we were wrapping up, he pointed out a medium-sized tree that was causing damage to my house and brought it down for me (for nothing extra!) Like I said, I normally don't write a review but this experience was something I had to share for others.

AI was in the middle of having my bathroom remodeled when we decided that the existing outlets were insufficient, while others needed to be moved. Since we were in the midst of project I checked out Angies List and found John Waters Inc. They had excellent reviews, so I called and left a message after office hours expecting a call to be returned the next day. 15-20 minutes later I received a call from the owner, Tim Dawson. I explained what I needed and Tim met me the next morning. He gave me a quote to add GFI outlets in both the bath and kitchen. His estimate was very reasonable. Since we had two people in the process of remodeling the bathroom, Tim recognized the urgency of doing this quickly. That afternoon he sent two his crew over to do the work. This was over and above anything I expected. Not only was the service swift, but the price he quoted was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call John Waters Inc for any future electrical work.
